Why does Paul say that he should give up his rights to an income, and does this mean that all should work for free? How does this impact upon how much we should give to the work of the should, if at all?

electricity, water, heat, pastor's salary...The world is unimpressed with the
church because the church has not commanded the world's attention and respect.
When we do not support the work of God according to the pattern that is set
down in the Bible it should not surprise us that the world does not respect us.
Why should they, when we don't respect God or His way? We show how much we care
