This an internal Apple memo with a matrix describing all the ways the various floppy drives made by Apple could be connected to their computers. It is dated September 8, 1982 and the “IIIr” mentioned probably refers to the revised Apple III released in late 1981. The “IIIe” probably means “III enhanced”, later released as the Apple III Plus.
