On September 1st, 1990, members of Buffalo Artists Against Repression & Censorship (BAARC) staged "Disorderly Concept" at ARTPARK, a protest against first amendment violations and censorship of the arts. This video documents the 18 arrests that occurred over the course of the day. The names of those arrested are in the credits.  This VHS tape was transferred on 2/13/2021 by XFR Collective as of the Monday/Wednesday/Friday Video Club preservation project.
