Brothers and sisters can I point out the fact that on recording 10 in winter camp 2008. There is either a slip of the tongue, or a noise. It might be said "shaykh said: 'Allaah is obligated to send Prophets' the 'not' might have been said but not picked up because of a noise or it was a slip of the tongue. I just wanted you tell everyone who is going or is planning to go through the recordings. I don't advise people listens to that recording or that lesson. At the moment.I think shaykh sameer is saying "Allaah is NOT obligated to send Prophets."
