hello there, for many parts of the uk, it has been the calm after the storm this morning but we are not quite out of the woods just yet. we have got more cloud coming in from the atlantic and that will bring some more wet weather and it will bring some increasingly windy weather as well. it's been a cold start this morning, so it's notjust rain that we are going to see, we could see some snow. we have had that in scotland and all the way down into the peak district. more snow is likely in the peak district today. we have got snow in northern ireland, pushing across northern wales and into northern england. driven on by some strengthening winds around coastal areas. sunshine follows on behind and for most of scotland, it will be
