from donald trump. governor perry said they disqualify him to be the commander in chief, do you agree? >> doi. john mccain clearly is a war hero and a great man, but an insult to all men and women who served us in uniform who have been captured in battle. this makes the assumption that somehow if you are captured, you are less worthy than someone who isn't? it's not just absurd, it's offensive and ridiculous and i think it's a disqualifier. >> some democrats criticized you and republican candidates for not speaking out more quickly about undocumented immigrants and wonder why the firestorm about mccain and not mexicans. >> we have to remember this was a man who spent his life saying outrageous things. people kind of said ignore it

and move on and it will go away. this is what he does for a living. he needs to be a more covered candidate and people pay more attention to him. it required people to be more forceful. not only did i say what he said about mexicans, it's offensive. it's not true and also offensive. of course it's offensive about john mccain and inaccurate, but offensive to all pows and especially those who served time and who are worthy of our admiration and respect. >> let's discuss the deal president obama announced to try to get nuclear ambitions. scott walker said he would rip up the deal on day one. he said the next president would have to consult with the cabinet. what would president marco rubio do? >> i think what people have to understand is the american

portion, the u.s. portion of the sanctions were passed by congress and they are in the law today. the way the president will lift that is through the use of a security waiver. the next president of the united states simply has to undo the use of the waiver and the sanctions necessary place and they would be reinstated. you don't need a cabinet fully stormed to do that. in fact, i'm telling everyone if i'm elected president, we will not use the waiver to hold back sanctions, especially not as a result of this deal. >> the deal as you point out, lots of people can poke holes in it and point out flaws. the obama administration said what's the alternative. they argue that this deal and the sanctions depend on international cooperation and the russians and chinese were already talking about getting rid of sanctions. is it not possible that this is the best deal any american

president could have gotten? >> i don't think that's true. i think that the sanctions were forcing iran to the table. they should have asked for a lot more. this deal violates and promises what they made on multiple fronts. it is an inspection process that will require arbitration over a 24-day period or longer. it actually doesn't have a snap back provision. if in fact sanctions are reimposed because they violate the coninstructs, they get to stay. it will only be sanctioned on the future and doesn't have a real snap back provision. it also by the way requires us to help iran technically, economically and develop themselves as a country and become a stronger power. that undermines our relationship with arab allies and the state of israel and we can spend all

day going through the different dynamics and how it doesn't go far enough and guarantees that there will be an arms race in the mideast. >> what would he do if allies didn't agree it. it sounds like the chinese and russians were taking. would you impose sanctions on china or india for not sanctioning iran? >> i would not call china and russia allies and our foreign policy as a nation is not subject to what china or russia wants to do or anybody wants to do. we have our own foreign policy that needs to be in the security interest of the united states. i would never enter this negotiation that iran would stop activities and stop capabilities and sponsoring terrorism. none of these conditions have been met. $150 billion is going to be delivered to the iranian regime

that they will use a substantial portion of to help assad and help them carry out all sorts of terrorist activities this to a government that has the blood of over 1,000 service men in their hands because they were building the ieds less than a decade ago. >> let's go to another point of policy. tomorrow, the cuban embassy is going to open as part of president obama's efforts to normalizests. you called president obama's policy a victory for oppression. would they shut down the cuban embassy? >> i would end that until such time as they held the democratic opening in cuba and allowed people to organize the parties and have freedom of the press and express and in fact all these conditions and the cuban democracy act, the president is

work permit, that's better than now. you have to understand what a path to citizenship is. before you can be a citizen, you have to be a permanent resident. that mean if means a green card for three to five years. if you violated the laws, should you not be allowed to apply for a green card for at least ten years. when you apply, you should have to do it through the regular normal process and not a special process created for you. it could take a long time for someone to apply for citizenship, but i think that's a fairway to do it. it should not be cheaper or faster to be a citizen to come here illegally. it's my opinion and i understand some people disagree that you don't want millions of people permanently living in this country who can never become americans. if the best we can do is to stop at the green card or the work specialty process, that's person what we have now. >> there seems to be a big chasm

and with the americans unjustly held or missing and again, the secretary and this was always raised with an area of considerable focus. >> when i asked you about it, they said this is just focused on the nuclear issue. we are not dealing with anything else, including hostages and arms embargoes. the iranians got to include something that was extraneous and we did not when it came to our hostages. >> i will defer to john, but the arms embargo is something that was directly tied to the nuclear performance. >> it was already in there. the arms embargo and the missile were put in when 1929 resolution was passed. >> what do you say when you hear that the long time former ambassador from saudi arabia

said that this deal will wreak havoc in the mideast. there a lot of countries, sunni countries and israel is very worried that this is actually a bad deal for peace. >> we disagree with them very, very much. i disagree with him. i met with the foreign minster of saudi arabia who said on television that if they wanted a deal and if the deal does the things and they listed things the deal does, they would feel comfortable with it. the fact is that the real fear of that region should be that you don't have the deal. if congress doesn't pass us or kill this we have no inspections and no sanctions. we have noability to negotiate because i assure you the ayatollah and the united states arbitrarily and unilaterally kills this. they will feel free to go through the very thing this prevents.

>> ones who wanted to go through this. they say the best case scenario is over the next 15 years with the $100 billion from the money that will no longer be covered, they will be closer to the capacity to build a nuclear weapon with the $100 billion they will have after sanctions are lifted. they will have done it under the guides of international law. the reason that's not accurate is we don't have the inspections. before the agree, guess what. iran had 12,000 kilograms of highly enrichd uranium and that's enough for 10 to 12 bonds. they had it. that's what barack obama was dealt as a hand when he came in.

get that. >> these are so beneficial and so effective. the whole world joined in. they would say already, we can still trade with everybody else. it wouldn't really work, would it? >> there is fundamental parts related to the united states. the united states put in sanctions that would have an impact. they have to consider what impact they would have on relations that they do with iran and what that would impact. >> earlier you said the boy scouts should keep the ban on leaders because the policy protected children and advanced the values and the campaign clarified to say it was protecting the scouts from the political and immediate discussion about that. i'm having trouble understanding. what is your position? >> i'm not talking about personal protection. i'm talking about for me the reason i have a problem with it
