The U.S. Helsinki Commission, also known as the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, hosted a briefing on Capitol HIll to examine how smugglers use the internet to traffic opioids and counterfeit pharmaceuticals. The panel included Kemp Chester of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDP), Pfizer's John Clark and George Mason University Professor Louise Shelley.
