sites. further immigration and customs enforcement is working to combat human trafficking at our border. over the past two months, forcement officers uncovered 735 fraudulent documented fake families. these traffickers are exploiting our laws and forcing our children to make this dangerous journey north in hopes that they will be released into our country. i.c.e. plays a vital role in stopping trafficking and punishing those who traffic in innocent children. i suggest if the majority truly cares about these children, vote yes on this amendment to give i.c.e. the resources and the pay to stop human traffickers. madam speaker, i've been to the border and i've seen the hard work that these officers do. officers are working overtime to process the record number of

constituents at the bluegrass army depot in richmond, kentucky. established as an ammunition and general supply storage depot in 1941, the bluegrass army depot is now one of two remaining army installations in the united states that stores and destroys chemical weapons. the important work of the employees at the depot ensure america's worthy task of destroying our chemical weapons stockpiles and making good on our commitment to the chemical weapons convention. i'm proud that operations to get rid of these stockpiles began earlier this month. mr. barrow: a process that will result -- mr. barr: a process that will result in the destruction of thousands of chemical rockets and project aisles over the next several years. this vital -- projectiles over the next several years. this vital task could not have been achieved without the madison county community who serve on the kentucky chemical demilitarization citizens advisory commission. i want to personally thank community leaders like craig

that carri's death was a suicide. kerry was 63 years old. he shouldn't have had a care in the world. he was financially secure and had a warm, loving family and dozens of friends. he loved them all and yet inexre henceably he seemingly did not grasp the toll his absence would have on those who loved him. why am i sharing this very personal story? ms. wild: because we all need to recognize that mental health issues know no boundaries. i do not want anyone else to suffer as he suffered, nor for any family to suffer as mine has over the past month. this is a national emergency. in 2017 there were more than 47,000 suicides in this country. and more than 1.4 million suicide attempts. across our country, suicides
