at a malfunctioning web site no one has been able to access. what you haven't heard about is the under belly of healthcare.gov. millions of unwitting americans like you being sized up for a con man. criminals lying in wait for the mother load for millions of you to sign up on that web site. that is what is disz functiysfd. new york times admits to dangers. con men prey on confusion over the terror act, fraud adds to troubles of healthcare program. even convicted felons can get the job as a navigator to enter information on to the
malfunctioning web site. a prior conviction for fraud? check. a prior conviction for theft? check. a prior conviction for identity theft? no problem. well tomorrow to healthcare.gov. in a wor in a wold of presidents staff has got continue the-- gotten tr exceptions. 4 million americans have been told they cannot keep their healthcare plan this after our president promised for years that they could. >> if you like your healthcare plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan, period. (applause) >> no one will take it away no
matter what. >> but if you are a middle class american and have lost your plan, the president's fix? go on the web site and shop around for a new plan. except the web site is broken p. how do you afford a new plan anyways. it is estimated the typical american family in 2016 will have to pay 20,000 dollars more a year for their family's healthcare. is that middle class family only makes 60,000 dollars a year how can they possibly pay for it? the president's fix? check out the exchanges, the ones that are not up and running and not to worry, you will be eligible for substantial subsidies. what if you are not? the end result the middle class gets squeezed again. they in the country go
backwards. think about it. if insurance companies are paying doctors and hospitals medicaid like rates, then specialists and doctors at top hospitals will simply refuse to participate. how do we give to an additional 40 million americans let alone pay for those additional 40 million without any plan at all to increase the number of doctors or any kind of incentives to get more people to go to medical school. the only way we the middle class again. mr. president you continue your pitch to them as recently as this week. >> for help to implement this law. i need your help to educate folks about this law. you need to keep knocking on doors and making phone calls and traveling all across your state.
>> mr. president, with all due respect, what's the point of knocking on people's doors if no one can sign on to the web site? it has been more outrageous mr. president, you accused republicans of putting a gun to the heads of americans. >> you don't negotiate by putting a gun to the other person's head or worse yet putting a gun to the american people's head by threatening a shutdown. according to an explosive report you knew and your administration knew that up to 75 percent of the people would not be able to keep their plans. you knew this for three years as you continued to insist and pro hifr rate your lives that everyone could keep their health plan if they liked it, period.
mr. president you say they negotiate by putting a gun to the american people's heads. did you perpetrate a lie to the american people? is that how you negotiate? my next guest predicted years ago that obamacare would be a disaster and he was right. with me the man with the crystal ball former massachusetts senator and fox news contributor scott brown. good evening, senator, how are you? >> great, judge, how are you? >> have nice opening. i enjoyed listening. >> the president was golfing again today while millions of americans are losing their health insurance. what is your reaction to that? >> he can do anything he wants but the first thing he should do is fire the people in charge of not only setting up the web site but overseeing the web site.
there's a complete breakdown of trust between the american people and the federal government especially the agencies that are putting this together. he needs to do more in that respect. >> a lot of people are saying, should sebelius, the head of the health and human services, shouldn't she be fired? my question is, why should she be allowed to keep her job? what has she done to prove to the american people or the president that she is worthy of collecting a paycheck? >> listen, she should be fired. there has knotted been anybody fired that i am aware of after benghazi after the irs issue now this and other things as well. bottom line is you need to obviously -- it starts at the top. the trend starts at the top. when you are not going to hold anybody accountable for making mistakes and doing inappropriate things. i said this would be a train reck it would not be good for
massachusetts or this country they would impose 18 new taxes, cut from medicare, it would be this one size fits all. if i am not mistaken we won world war ii in about 3.8 years, yet it took 3.8 years to get the b web site up and that doesn't even work. go figure. it is unbelievable what's happening here. >> i want you to know we have someone onset right now and i told everyone to start their cloc clocks. he is creating a web site as we speak. hopefully before the end of the hour we will find out how long it takes to build a web site certainly not on the level that we need for obamacare. let's talk about the fact that additional 40 million americans have to be covered under this new observe care. how do we do that without adding doctors to the plan? >> because of the changes a lot of doctors won't take these patients with the cuts to medicare there will be a strain
on nurses hospitals and doctors. they are not going to take the patients. this will lead to a serious breakdown especially in massachusetts and other states that have health and medical care. i can't even believe what's happening. i put on facebook tell me if any one has received the reimbursement or actually signed up. i had two or three people saying i got a check and i paying a little less. i have 400,000 facebook followers and 60,000 twitter followers. it was overwhelming the amount of anger and frustration. i haven't seen anything like it since my special election, actually. >> one of the things we are going to be doing tonight is talking to some of the people. one woman in particular who has lost her healthcare and she had

>> senate majority leader harry reid calling criticism of observe care jokes. >> my next guest certainly isn't laughing. she is battling stage 4 breast cancer and she is been notified that her insurance is being canceled. with me is maria silvia from dallas, texas. thank you for being with us tonight. first of all how are you feeling? >> i am doing all right today judge pirro. >> how did you feel when you got the letter saying your insurance was canceled? >> i was a little confused at first because i didn't understand why my policy was d ending or at the time i thought it was changing into another
policy that i had. i didn't really understand that it was basically -- i had to fend for myself or look for something else to replace it. >> have you been under going any treatment for your breast cancer? >> yes, i have been under continuous treatment since i was first diagnosed in december of 09. i had chemo twice already and possibly i am going to have it in the next two or three months. i have had radiation three times. i have had a heart attack, so -- >> maria that is tough. what are you going to do? >> a lot of the things that have been being recently i haven't had the opportunity to check on other policies, and i am getting concerned that i won't have the care that i need to live or to
survive. >> when you got the letter saying that your healthcare plan was being canceled as of what date? did they tell you? oo they stated i had until december 15th to switch our find another policy in order for it to be active or to not last for january 1st. >> december 15th, that's like four weeks. did you tall your insurance companies and ask them if they could help you find other insurance since you can't get on the web site, or have you tri tried>> i called them and they told me to look at the marketplace and to shop whether i wanted to stay with them or try out another policy or
company and compare what they did, what they paid out for chemo and different things or the care i would need. but at the same time i wasn't in a hurry i didn't really completely understand what that entailed. >> this is serious stuff, maria. you are stage four chemo twice, radiation three times and heart attack. within three weeks you may not have healthcare. do you accept the president's apology? >> i guess i just -- i thought things would be a little bit more solidified with what's happening with my insurance. the time is coming so quickly. i am not sure, judge. >> our thoughts and prayers are with you. hopefully you will be able to

>> the obama crowd refuses to even address the problem. with me homeland security committee member congressman pat knee an who joins us from philly. how big is the security risk for americans? >> great to be with you again. i think it is very significant. so much of what we have been discussing to this point has been the frustration people have had about getting on to the web site. once the information is compiled and there are literally millions of people that may be a part of this network there's huge concerns about the security of that information and personally identifying information intimate information about individuals that may be at risk. >> let me ask you this congressman. when i was da for identity theft we know the lastest growing crime in america it can bring down a business and bring down
government. but my question is this. if web a web site where there was no security blocking mechanism and it's an issue that hasn't been addressed what can you as a congressman do to help americans who put in social security numbers to find out what exchanges and what information is available to them? >> first we have to make sure the protections are in there that this system is secure. >> we already know that congressman don't we? >> we do know this. we need to make sure that it becomes a cure and that the testing that should have been done. we have answers about why it is there was a sign off on the part of the department of health and human services for this web site in violation of what the requirements are of the law in the form of them doing testing and then asserting this testing has been done appropriately.
>> i understand homeland security is supposed to be involved whenever there is a dot gov domain issue to protect the security of these web sites. that wasn't the case, was it? >> one of the frustrations is hhs has been defined as one of the ones who had deficiencies in their ability with regard to security on information they already have. now they are going to be the holders of the greatest amount of identifying information ever collected in the history of this nation. it's a scary concept. >> it certainly is. a lot of americans have all kinds of problems. thank you for being with us. >> thank you judge. always great to be with you. >> morgan wright joins us from it dc. i understand you have been asked to testify before a congressional committee in the
last couple weeks. >> the possible to americans>> the biggest one is what you are talking about identity theft. this is going to control one sixth of the nation's economy the most sensitive personal information we have which is identity venlt i can get another credit card or another car i can't get another identity. once you take that from me what you think i could do with that if i was the bad guy and the places i can operate from not just in the united states but we are talking about places to which there is no mutual assistance treaty. it will make it exceedingly difficult for our information to be protected. >> you know, you have dealt with web sites in the past and i know that you have been a state trooper you have been in law enforcement and you know this
issue inside and out. you or someone involved in cyber security, what needs to be done before this web site can go up so that americans can feel comfortable signing up? >> judge, the biggest issue i have with this is actually i found this document. this is one of the over site committee got it's a redacted copy of the daily activity reports the test plan. is there anything on here about security. >> this talks about where the system is going to bonk out at 1100 users. that is from september 30th. i went through this and looked at this. no place in here is security. i am not a politician. my thought is, if you got a bad foundation don't build your house on it. you got to rip it down, tear it down start all over again. you are going to put one sixth of our nation at risk. >> i am going to make it worse. if you have navigators with identity theft convictions if you have convicted felons who
can say i want that job and they can't refuse to give it to them, does that speed it up even more? >> judge, would you want to hire former convicted bank robbers to be your bank selltellers? this is in fact what happened. there is no policy around it. secretary sebelius said they will look at creating a policy. how can you not in a position of public terrorist this is what it is dealing with people's personal information not do an cursor rebackground check and weed out people with felony convictions. they are in place it is well documented. why we don't weed these folks out is a recipe for disaster. >> look forward to hearing your testimony on the 19th. thank you for being with us. >> an obamacare bailout you won't believer. the -- i am going to start again. this president's plans on giving a pass to his union friends.

jr. fought for president obama on this healthcare bill. they fought to get him re-elected. they were the ground troops. now that they got them through they want to be exempt. the unions are president obama's friends. nobody in their right mind wants anything to do with obamacare if you are a friend of obama there's a carve out for you. it's chicago style corruption few pure and simple. we are going to see it come through very quietly through the tax code they will be exempted and get what they want like the executive branch and president obama's his employees that have been exempted. >> the middle class is the one getting squeezed here. >> always thes case. always the case with the liberal programs where we are going to raise taxes and it's not on you. this is going to be great. other people will have to pay for it but not you. that's how they always sell everything and it never turns out that way. >> steve, i will go to you, where is this pass for the middle class american people? >> well, there isn't one.
this is the big problem. i mean isn't it interesting by the way, judge, that two groups of people we know are exempt from obamacare. members of congress who voted for it and the unions as chris said who are the foot soldiers who made it possible. to put it simply, we would not have had obamacare had it not been for the millions of dollars that the unions spent to impose this on the rest of us. we don't want to be a part of it. we want to be exempted. one more point. ten's of millions of americans are angry they are losing the insurance they have right now. the truth is 9 0e percent of americans have health insurance and the vast majority of us are pretty happy with what we have. that's the situation with the unions. they have gold plated plans the cadillac coverage. they don't want to give up that plan. i don't think they should have to.
and if they don't have to why should we. >> i had a guest who had chemo twice, radiation three times and a heart attack in the last three years she just got a letter she has no health insurance next month. what does she do when the president says we will get it fixed here. can they fix it? it is a debacle. this is a calamity that is going to keep ongoing for years and years. my question for this administration, if you have the obamacare plan and you don't want to keep it, do you have to? in the end the answer is yes. you don't have to hadon't have choice. it will get worse from here. when the employer mandate kicks
