come back next sunday when the next revolution will be televised. hello america, this is life, liberty and levin. how are you. >> good to see you. you are one of my best friends. >> you always been a source for good advice. i appreciate that. >> your good man a great patriot. your with the new york police department, secret service, you ran for office, came back close to being a member of congress. here you are now, patriot, we
see one talks a lot, your fairly ubiquitous and that's very important because you bring different experience and background to these events that are taking place involving at least on the surface law enforcement and that sort of thing. even looking up as non-russian issue for years, you been analyzing it and you have a unique perspective. this included instrumentalities of the federal government and the obama administration. >> there's no question about it, it's not even a remotely hyperbolic statement. i gotta be honest with you, as a former federal agent, i left
it off and said there's no way this will happen. there's just too many controls built in. there's no way the fbi, at the upper level in the intel community would've had the ability to do this and it's only when the source of mine started giving me information that later became vindicated and came to the inclusion you accurately stated, this is unquestionably the biggest scandal in american history. it's unbelievable what happened. >> the media in this country, i wrote a whole book on it, it really is and on free press. it's amazing though when you have obama officials and other officials, the highest levels federal law enforcement in the state department and
intelligence working to destroy the candidacy of the candidate and working to destroy the transition. that still working today to destroy the presidency and the media largely has thrown in with them, as an american citizen you have to sit back and say what health one on here. >> like any american patriot i support the free press but like i always say they're free to be stupid and may take mess up on the offer. what's fascinating, there are actual transmission text e-mail, documents out there showing there was involvement of the white house in the scandal. if any entrepreneurial person would look at it, they're talking about circumstances surrounding the investigation right around the time the investigations happening we have this other text between the players from the white house wants to know everything
were doing. we have john brennan up on capitol hill thing i gave the briefing about the case to begi begin, former cia director, i gave the briefing i'm doing this in conjunction with the white house. you can google, you can look on the internet, it's not some special skill and yet nobody in the media, on the left side, seems even remotely curious about the biggest political scandal. it's really unfathomable what's going on. it's so outlandish. >> you have spies inserted into the trunk campaign by the fbi. you had lies fed to the federal district court, you had the unmasking of american citizens, including people at the white house as well as from the un and others on a
scale we've never seen in modern times. you had the leaking of information, so-called investigative information trying to push the ball against candidate trump and now president trump. you denied it and he also wrote self-serving memos that belong to the government. and had leaked some of those. number two at the fbi had lied about it and is now potentially facing criminal charges. the general counsel of the fbi top to resign. the top level like that. your book, you have a brand-new book coming out exonerated the takedown of president donald trump by the swamp. you have to ask yourself, how did they not take this man down given they used every
instrument of the federal government and the press and congress, this one man, this outsider who would not be taken down and he did everything they can and they still are doing everything they can to take them down. how do you explain that part that's why wrote the follow-up to my first book. he didn't have to read it like a narrative. you can jump to chapter six. then in chapter two, wherever he wanted to start. i did this to deliberately. i didn't tell the whole story in a narrative format that you just laid out in a minute and half. i laid out very simply. i call this a spy story. i tell you events in a narrative format that you can read from start to finish and i break it down, here was a must plan a, plan b and plan c. you just spoke about it.
they tried unmasking. basically wiretapping. they tried to listen in on the trump team phone calls and others. what are they get nothing, zip, zero. when that didn't work then moved on the plan b using the pfizer court to formalize the process. when that didn't work out then would they do, they go to the media and they tried to use the media to build public support for special counsel with the assistance of james comey and upper level people at the fbi and what are they do, they get their wish and bob moeller double down, and now we have jerry nadler and the ridiculous impeachment which is just again a continuous polluted river where they just will not let it go. that's what i did in this book. i tried to tell it as a continuous story and was based on a viral speech i did about
it because when you tell it, sometimes the players get disconnected. >> your book is actually fabulous. it's a fabulous book and i learned new things. it's a blockbuster revelation. you can see the extent and that is this is a blueprint. what is this blueprint. >> i'm glad you asked. if there spying on trump waiting for evidence of collusion, hey guys, let's overthrow the u.s. election, will nothing happen. instead of the obama people walking away going sorry guys, we screwed up, they needed to go back and fabricate a collusion story. who better to go to the ngai
that already had a collusion story prewritten. i call it the plug-and-play plot in the book. this is a former wall street journal report. >> exactly. they had already written the piece in 2007 about former soviet efforts to influence united states. i talk about this in the book. you read that 2007 wall street journal piece which he wrote with his now wife. >> and who is she. >> she was a reporter for the wall street journal, they are now married, you read that 2017, the exact same playershe e format of the telling of the story is very similar. it says to me we don't have any information, were making the story up. he forgot to make the story up let's plug trump's name into a story we already have someone
who's more than happy to take debate. >> let's explore this a little bit. 2007, against obama, they wanted to use this script with the russia collusion against mccain. >> other people at the washington post had already tried this. rick davis who is a campaign bigwig, they had already tried this against mccain because davis was trying to set up some meeting with some russians so the democrats had already tried to attack mccain. ironically with the same russian collusion thing, but what was the chokepoint. why didn't they take it further. why did the obama administration go, why did it stop with mccain. >> because george w. bush was president and you might be thinking wow, their weaponize
to spy on john mccain. it's very simple at that point, but yes, that's another revelation in the book, not just that they pulled this movie script out and inserted trump's name to make him the bad guy, but that they had already tried to save big and say none of this is new and when you read it and you read the allegation, if i took mccain's name, he would say they've already tried this and none of this is new. ironically he becomes a player later on. the stafford makes a huge enormous judgment error. he says to this day one of the staffers, we gave it to the fbi to verify. why did you leak it to the media. >> if you want to give information to the fbi come there's nothing illegal about that but if you're claiming you did it because you wanted it verified, then why did you leak it to the media. >> this is a controversial point that i'm in ask anyway.
his mccain out to get trump. >> yes, i think so and it pains me to it say that given the man's history but honesty matters and i think he wrote in his own book but he thought he did the right thing. that's up to him to say that, he's not here to defend himself. >> i'm not trained to pick on him. i totally understand, but i'm only using his own words. it's ironic given that i write in the book that he was subjected to this. did he know he was subjected to it. >> absolutely. >> the difference here is that you point out the democrats control the apparatus. >> now obama controls the apparatus instead of just leaking stories to the media about mccain being attached to the russian, they leak stories about trump and then they double down in the court system. >> when we come back i'm going to ask you, how is it possible that barack obama wouldn't know most of this or all of this? don't forget, most week nights you can watch me on levintv.

u.s. could turn attorney connecticut and hopefully look at the bottom of this. what he did that? >> their crimes we know about that were committed but the only question is does he know who committed those crimes. we have one, the leak of the mike flynn transcript and this call to the russian ambassador, classified at the highest government of the leak of the call is an unquestionable federal crime. does he know who did that? i have my suspicions but i will not put it out there now that i have my suspicions but with additional comes as well, angela gave, deputy director of the fbi we know at this point he lied to federal agents but he can talk about his motive only wants but that happened. only question is has he nailed down who did this and i think it's important we understand because even on my show i get this back and forth but they get upset with the administrative things happen to people like
these people had resigned at the top of the fbi but as you know, being a lawyer, there's a difference between a crime and an administrative screwup. i think there will be in caps on some people but some will just get away with firing or termination but i feel different. mark: i hope he gets to the bottom of the spy who ordered this and i hope he gets to the bottom of the fisa violations who authorize that. we know who signed the documents but the players that internally were behind that. i hope he gets to the bottom of what was taken place in the oval office and around the oval office. so far nobody has been interested in that, nobody has investigated that, not a committee of congress, not a criminal investigator and really, not the so-called mainstream media. obama gets a pass. harry truman used to say the buck stops here. that works with netflix but it does not seem to work with him
as president of the united states. this is been so edifying and so enjoyable. dan bongino, god bless you. >> thank you. mark: don't forget that book, exonerated, i will see you next time on "life, liberty and levin". what are you going to impeach him again in the second term. this is an exercise for democrats. we all know is just about region power. are you concerned impeachment might actually help the presidentct
