rampage in kansas. by one count, the nation's 33rd mass shooting so fararhis year. >> heavily armed officers with guns drawn flooded the area around a lawn mower plant. one of the workers had already killed killed three and wounded more than a dozen people. he was killed by police. >> the frightening incident playing out in the small town, hesston, kansas. abc's clayton sandell is there. >> reporter: police say 38-year-old cedric ford started his rampage shooting at random drivers wounding two before heading to excel industries in hesston, kansas, where he worked. >> to have something like this is tragic. >> reporter: fords heads inside armed with a rifle and handgun and opens fire on his co-w-wkers. >> and then i seen a mob of people just start running out saying, run, run, and pop, pop, pop, pop, pop is all i heard and then evevebody started scattering out of the building, and i didn't realize what had happened until we got outside and i started seeing wounded people coming out. >> reporter: police and witnesses say he kept shooting

well, updating our top story a deadly shooting rampage in kansas. police say 38-year-old cedric ford was armed with a high powered rifle and a pistol and started shooting while driving to the lawn mower plant where he worked. inside they say ford opened fire on co-workers killing three and wounding more than a dozen others. a responding officer shot and killed ford. no specific motive has been given. by some accounts it's the 33rd mass shooting in the u.s. this year. well, new details in the trial involving "dancing with the stars" host erin andrews. jurors have been shown secretly recorded nude videos of her. >> andrews left the courtroom right before the imaging were shown suing the man who shot the videos and the nashville hotel where she was staying for $75 million. a computer expert testified that 16 million people have viewed
