couple said yanz drove and stopped in front of these destroyed homes. police officers got out and stood by inside of the cars, there were residents, presumably homeowners or residents of the homes in particular not allowed to get out of their cars and stayed for just a moment. they drove away, i can see the look of horror and disbelief on their faces. this same process this afternoon with three bus loads of residents. the city taking them on a tour for what would be the first up close and in person look at homes or what remains of them. those would be 49 homes that are red tagged meaning that the homes are not being save to center at all, much less occupy if there is anything left of them at all. and so this city is taking residents on a tour, not letting them get out of the buses.

until the site is deemed safe and until national transportation safety board has everything it needs for the investigation. four days later and people who were -- saying... >> everything just started shaking. >> sill was just sitting down to winner with his wife and children when the pipeline exploded. >> all of a sudden everything started to vibrate. i thought it was an earthquake. i said come on we're going to try to get to the door joom. it kept getting worse and worse. i felt heat coming through so i said let's go to the garage. >> from there, he saw fire raining down into his backyard. >> at this point my wife hits the garage door and people are running down the street. we can see flames from that way. on both sides. i'm not sure what is coming from where. i just yemed get the kids in the car, get in the car. >> the family made it out. the house has minor damage. it's green tagged meaning he can come back when he wants.
