doublecrossed. the question is, is san francisco for sale to the highest bidder? >> that from the head of the nonprofit group for sports and recreation. he says the club sold the former tennis property in 2019 to the real estate equity group which presented their plans to the city's planning board at the time. a new tennis club was listed as the number one principal, a site that would also have office space, affordable housing and retail was then approved. at 2021 revision of the plan eliminated the tennis club. according to recent documents, a zoning administrator said, the elimination was not a significant one. it was an agreement between the nonprofit and the owner, the tennis club was not a code requirement. the executive director says this move will negatively impact 350

kids from underserved communities who play tennis in san francisco. they currently play on outdoor courts and indoor courts at a temporary facility. >> san francisco tennis club facility has been generous to us over the years. they have been giving us court time for our kids tooo to work out in the clinics for free. >> their group is appealing to the board of appeals on wednesday. the greats like serena williams and arthur were involved in the last tennis site in hopes aboard will see the real issue here. >> the loss of this -- over square feet, roughly three acres. >> i reached out to those at the real estate to get their side of things. i have yet to receive a response.

in san francisco, j.r. stone, abc 7 news. ama: rain in the forecast. go to our meteorologist with what we can expect. sandhya: we will see some spotty showers and then we have a sober coming our way. i want to show you a live picture right now. this is what you will deal with tomorrow morning. part of san francisco fading in the fog tonight as you look at that live doppler. visibility reflects this. we start off with the fog, a little bit of drizzle at 8:00 a.m. and as a weak system brushes us, just like the last one, tomorrow afternoon we are expecting spotty showers. rainfall totals will be anywhere from nothing measurable to about .5 or .6 of an inch. the system that has been drenching hawaii will be heading in our direction. we have another storm right

a gofundme for his family is on our website. dan: developing news with scott peterson. he will be resentenced tomorrow in san mateo courtroom. he will receive life in prison without the possibility of report -- parole. there is a chance he will speak at the hearing. the death sentence was thrown out last year. there is a hearing next year on his murder conviction which he is seeking to have overturned. he was seek -- he was convicted in 2004 of killing his wife and unborn son. ama: the trial of elizabeth holmes is nearing its conclusion. they spent several hours grilling her today. they're trying to prove she knowingly misled investors customers and patients. in one instance she was asked about the projected revenue and did not have an answer. >> it seems to me that she is not recalling those detai.f

misrepresentations, she lied about the stuff, than that goes to fraud and the jury can convict her. ama: she will be back on the stand tomorrow. dan: an amazon server outage is causing problems today for alexa, ring, disney plus and more. the outage caused slow loading times and failures for those services and others. amazon web services host a significant chunk of the internet. people start reporting problems at 745 this morning. amazon said that most services had recovered today. they did not give a reason for the outage. ama: in the south bay, you will dying at the park lets until next year. restaurants can serve customers outdoors through next december.
