org. the candidates have spent nearly 27 million.. pushing well above 100 million dollars total. and more pac and super-pac money has been spent on nevada's congressional district 3 race... than any other in the country. so far those groups have poured 14 point 7 million into the race between danny tarkanian and jacky rosen for an open seat. in 2014... just under 2 million was spent on that race./// ((denise valdez)) still no charges yet in about six months. three las vegas men we're arrested for damaging federal property. they face several charges including killing an endangered species, destruction of property and trespassing. sharie johnson did some digging to see why there are no charges from either the county or feds? ((sharie johnson)) the men we're arrested then released from nye county. that's because they expected federal charges. but those have yet to come.

feds wouldn't explain why. the pupfish only live in one spot... devils hole... which is right here on the ash meadows wildlife refuge. and it was back in april when this surveillance video was taken.. showing three men men... 29-year-old steven schwinkendorf, 35-year-old edgar reyes and 26-year-old trenton sargent... vandalizing a pupfish habitat. it's believed the intrusion caused the death of one pupfish. it was one of 115 endangered desert fish. the men are accused of spraying gunfire, tossing beer cans, vomiting and even skinny-dipping in devils hole. nye county's sheriff's office

noticed something suspicious about the one he got near neonopolis. he wrote me on facebook saying he was suspcious of the parking ticket from the city of las vegas ... because he was supposed to send his payment to an address in los angeles. and i get it .. that sounds pretty weird ... but there is a reason for it . according to the city's website ... bank of america was chosen through a competitive their banking servcies ... and b-of-a's central payment processing center is in l-a. it's is a safe and secure way to send the money .. and it is deposited directly into the city's account... according to the blurb on their site. so there's the answer. it's 100% legit. and while i couldn't fix that parking ticket for chris .. i was glad to put his mind at ease as to where his money was going.
