the developers hoping to stand out from other spaces...in a unque way. katie boer got the big tour as constriuction wraps up ahead of their grand opening in january. ((katie boer)) >>well paul... this new luory event venue is called "enclave"..just behind me...and developers told me they know that there are a lot of convention centers and but their hoping to stand out because of their background as a production company. ((katie boer)) construction is near completion for the 75-thousand square foot facility that's set to open in the middle of january. developers called this building a contentompo rary, sleek, blank slate for businesses to rent out.

huge off-strip space for meetings, conferences..with large doors leading into their main 9-thousand square foot room for trade shows to display vehicles and large equipment... there's also a ballroom for banquets and weddings, an outdoor garden and an outside strip-view deck ontop of the facility. but one thing really sets this place out from other venues...
