and now it's up to the american people to deliver justice at the ballot. >> a senior law enforcement official says the fbi's review found nearly all the e-mails were duplicates of ones previously seen by fbi agents. but how much did the investigation impact the millions of early votes cast so far. over 42 million votes, early votes, that is, have already been cast nationwide, and our brand-new nbc news survey monkey poll shows clinton holding a six-point lead over trump. that's unchanged from last week. tonight, clinton will effectively end her campaign with a closing two-minute ad set to air in primetime. one in which the candidate speaks straight to the camera on the theme of bringing people together. that ad alone should reach about 20 million viewers at home. the clinton campaign celebrated the latest fbi revelation. however, clinton herself did not react to the news despite several events including a large

rally in cleveland with none other than the city's own king jam james. but she did underscore the importance of tomorrow's turnout. >> we've arrived at a moment of reckoning in this election. our core values as americans are being tested. i know there's a lot of frustration and even anger in this election season. i see it. i hear it. sometimes, you know, i'm the subject of it. i get it. but anger is not a plan. anger is not going to get us new jobs with rising incomes that will create a strong thriving middle class. >> meanwhile, lebron james talked of his own time growing up in a community that felt disenfranchised. >> i want people to understand i grew up in an inner city and know the whole notion of getting out and voting and i was one of those kids and around a community that was like our vote doesn't matter. but it really does.

hong kong's pro-unless protesters clashed outside of a chinese central government office last night, and police showered thousands of demonstrators with pepper spray, but many shielded themselves, as you can see there, with umbrellas and some even had gas masks. the demonstrator started as a peaceful march against newly elected politicians from taking office in the semiindependent region's legislature. the central government banned the politicians after they pledged allegiance to the hong kong nation and used a japanese derogatory term for china. >> the battle against isis took a serious turn, but two deaths blamed on a rare tornado that struck near rome, italy. the storm that spawned the twister is blamed for dozens of injuries and also wietdspread damage. >> at home, reports of a magnitude fi5.0 earthquake in oklahoma. it caused quite a bit of damage.

suspect todd kohlhepp. he's confessed to four murders but he may have killed more people. >> this south carolina property revealing gruesome secrets. authorities finding another body, they say, after todd kohlhepp, a suspect they're now considering a serial killer, pointed them to two shallow graves on his land. >> and we're in the process of trying to get that person removed from here and do a positive identification. >> investigators say kohlhepp has also confessed to a brutal unsolved quadruple murder from 2003. four motorcycle shop employees gunned down. 13 years to the day of the killings, the victims' loved ones watch as kohlhepp stood before a judge. >> nobody else would know except the murderer. >> melissa's husband scott was one of their victims. she was pregnant with their son at the time. >> it gives me closure of knowing what happened that day.
