stories for russia's retreat only raises more concern for areas like moreariupol still un siege. >> that's right. under siege since the early days of the war ukraine's prime minister deputy says there will be another attempt at a humanitarian corridor to get civilians out of the city today we've seen time and time again these agreements come and collapse at the last minute when the russians violate them. under today's plans citizens can leave mariupol in their own cars what makes this tricky is there's very little gas in the city after weeks and weeks of siege. the red cross says it tried to send a team into the city last night to develop aid, but they were stopped by russian forces they were held in a town nearby. they were eventually released, which is a good sign, but it doesn't solve the underlying problem, which is how to get aid to the thousands and thousands
