a judge in san jose ordered release of a serial rapist over passionate objections to the soon to be neighbors. he spent three decades in prison, acknowledging assaulting about 40 women in 1970s and 80s authorities put the number at 100 the recent crimes occur in santa clara county, he is ordered to live in los angeles county, renting a small house near paul dale. he is now 63 years old hundreds have from the area came to san jose to oppose the release. they're now ayous coupsing the judge of dumping him there. he must be let go by july 7th. a fund-raiser gets underway about 30 minutes from now from a
