tribute to his brother that was killed on saturday. he posted photos of his brother clay with a caption that says in part, clay has the biggest heart of anyone that i have ever known. he would do absolutely anything for the people he loves. he's the most loyal guy i've ever known in my life. his brother's murder suspect, michael moseley, made his first court appearance today. he faces 2 homicide charges. nashville police say moseley stabbed beatherd and the other victim after an argument in the bar that spilled into the street. he was a starter long island university. a quick check of the other top stories at 5:30. >>neorblbug owner for a warehouse fire that injured a pregnant woman today. the building was red tagged, but 7 people were living there illegally. they say the building owner

we are following breaking news out of colorado. a deadly shooting at a mall in suburban denver. police say at least 1 person was killed and they're looking for at least 1 suspect. we'll stay on top of it and bring you the latest as we get it. new video of a mansion in the boston suburbs going up in flames today. look at that house. fire burned through the roof for more than 2 hour before spreading to the rest of the home. there are no fire hydrants in the neighborhood, so firefighters had to bring in wanker trucks to t thmore fire started, but they did make it out safely. that mansion had stood since 1897 and was worth about $2 million. sohern california after 3 family members were killed in

a house fire. police say the father went back into the home to rescue his 2 young children but was overcome by smoke and flames. he died along with his 2 young daughters >> it's a terrible situation. going back in i think is what a lot of us would end up doing as parents, and unfortunately it didn't work out in this case. >> an 8-year-old boy has been listed in grave condition. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. 300 more americans died of the flu last week bringing the total to about 2100 so far this season. that's according to the latest numbers from the cdc. 46 of the deaths have been here in california, including several in the bay area. the cdc says more than 4.5 million people have gotten sick since flu season started in september. a silicon valley tech company that specializes in information security is

from here. just so many of them look spectacular right now. highs today, concord made it to 61. warmest spot. most everybody else in the mid to upper 50s. that's a little bit above average for this time of year. it was a beautiful day if you just looked at the afternoon highs. now we switch from the highs today and show you what the morning lows were. now we have to pot santa rosa. 29 degrees this morning. inout and plenty of other low 30s on here. half moon bay 34. we're doing that again tomorrow morning. almost just as cold. the main concern with numbers like this like 31 in santa rosa, 31 livermore, 34 concord is probably just the frost. if you have plants outside you care about, make sure they're covered up because this is the kind of cold that can damage them. daytime highs tomorrow just about as nice as today. we notice a few more clouds by the afternoon. ma but that's it. tomorrow a pretty nice day. it's sunday when we get back

into the rain. so let's play the futurecast forward and we're going watch how this comes together. that's sunday late morning and early afternoon. the first organized band of rain comes through late morning, early afternoon. and there's another one out here behind it coming through in the evening. so i want to watch that in more detail and play us into the evening. so there's that first wave. and on this forecast model that brings it through noon to 1:00. you have to look for bright yellow spots because in addition to the rain coming through in an organized line, some of this will have isolated thunderstorms, whether it's the first line or the second one that comes thh , the isolated thunderstorms might really come monday it'sand we clear out. most of the rest of the seven-day forecast is clear and uneventful. those are the rainfall totals for sunday. a quarter inch to maybe an inch.
