altamont pass towards airway boulevard. that was where there was another spill. the traffic has moved much better through livermore. the problem is a back up reaching all the way to interstate 2 05. highway 4 in the westbound direction you can see traffic is slow through antioch and pittsburgh. the second half of the commute is the problem south from to 42 into walnut creek. there was an accident that has back traffic up all the way to a 242. so through san ramon valley conditions look good but southbound 680 is slowing from pleasant hill into the creek. from here into the weather center for the update.
