yesterday that we weren't trying to finish the work in the excavation-we have been trying. -- >> and to let this work began in that pit to return the infrastructure to normal. so now, we have finished up work and released it back to the city in pg&e to restore the infrastructure within that pit. because we're finished with that work there will still be some on-site work. documenting, the detail, the damage, the location, and all of these things and information will help determine the cause. most of that work on that side has been completed. we're shifting to the next phase which is been at looking at documents. a good flow of documents to pg&e and an extensive list. and we're getting a good flow of documents from them. we will start to visually look at the sides and

monitors sites. both ends, the milpitas, the martin and, to monitor the flow of gas. we will start debt visit to the two different valves. they have been attacked. to preserve the evidence. we asked that those valves it did not be moved into we get in an opportunity to investigate them. we will begin that next phase of the investigation and the seismic records. perhaps if there was a seismic activity related to the burst of the pipe. >> we started to receive the test pg&e the alcohol/drug tests and so far, all of those and then-. also, we will begin interviewing the pg&e witnesses, and any information they can help us with this investigation. that is all the additional informational i have right now i

cannot share the findings of that particular assessment. >> now they're asking the utility company to inspect their entire miles of pipeline. there'll be a pressure of high pressure pipe lines and heavily populated areas, like san bruno. what the big question is that will that be performed like in the past? piccinni cannot tell us exactly what to do inspections will look like. >> we already inspect these on an annual business, as i mentioned. and to work with the ntsb, how much time will have a do it and will be a minimum, elite survey. >> and the three main lines that go into the peninsula have already been inspected. pg&e has already reduced the pressure on those lines by 10 percent as an added safety precaution. reporting live, christine connolly. >> state regulators have ordered pg&e to investigate all of their
