would it be different? >> when your are facing a ticking clock, it allows you to say, what my waiting for? that is the key to it. other people have done it, last year we had a man in nebraska quit smoking, lost 42 crowns, lospounds. >> i guess i need more specifics to understand. other than saying and going to do it this year? doing it is not that easy what is the difference? >> that is why i wrote the book, you can find out what is special about you. explore different areas. for giving yourself, other people. loving yourself

negotiating with the government, leave the other groups behind especially the popular uprising in cairo. it is possible that the government will succeed. >> in fact there is a lot of unrest still in the streets with this population about 66% are under the age of 30. we know this is a used led protest, social media played a great deal to get people out. given your study of social and, cultural history, do you think the movement has power given their different fractions in this movement? >> i believe it does, with the brothers represent, are precisely that. the old regime. the youth are
introducing not just egypt, yemen, algeria, jordan which is peace. they're all over the arab world. use constitutes a majority elsewhere. they are introducing direct politics. they are saying, they want to live a dignified life. they want some hope in the future. they want fundamental changes. so, i'm not sure that the government will be able to marginalize these demands by meeting with old parties. >> can you give us a sense of the impact of what's coming on in egypt? >> it will have a profound
