>>live, from the bay area's news station, this is kron4 news at 9:00. >>vicki: new videos from the compound were osama live, showed what he did in the days leading up to his death. it will break down each five videos for you and get you up-to-date on new details as they emerge. u.s. authorities say osama bin laden used his compound in pakistan as an al-qaeda command center. five videos give us a peek inside life there. kron 4 takes us inside. >>j.r. stone: specifically talking about osama bin laden and the five videos you see here. five videos that were all released by the u.s. government early saturday. i'm specifically talking about just video because the audio was not

instructional days. the school year is about 180 days, but some districts have shaved off a couple of days in the past few years to save money. with this 20 day reduction that would burn the school year to 160 days, meaning some students will go to school for part of may and all of the month of june. estimates for eliminating one week of the school year is about $1 billion. expand that to the entire month of may, four weeks and the savings skyrocket to $4 billion. what the state is looking at is how they're going to pay for the school year. right now they're not getting the approval from republicans to go ahead with tax extensions. the governor's office is saying it's a real possibility that they may have to shorten the school year. kate thompson kron 4 news. >>brian: there is plenty of
