live, this is kron 4 news at 11:00. a developing story in campbell. a three-year-old girl is safe tonight. police started a search for the child after she was discovered missing when officers performed to do a wellness check. she was thought to be with her mother and her mother's boyfriend. they found the child and mother at a parking lot. the three-year-old girl has been taken to a hospital. they are looking for the boyfriend. a two-alarm fire in oakland leaves several residents

without a home. this was the scene tonight. it started in the apartment building before 8:00 tonight. firefighters were able to contain the blaze before it spread. the red cross is assisting the residents. the cause of the fire is under investigation. firefighters say it appears to have been accidental. the san francisco public defender released another video that shows misconduct by police officers. in the past few months these four videos released have red to -- led to the dismissal of drug and robbery cases due to improper searches and other misconduct by san francisco police. kron 4's grant lodes has the latest. >> reporter: he has uncovered more troubling surveillance video showing san francisco police misconduct. this video is from a drug arrest in december of 2010.

one of the victims is seen here in the lobby of the hotel. in the police report say they say saw cocaine in his hands. police say they were given permission to search the room but he says video of him shaking his head no disputes that. he says a friend of his walks by, officers tackle and choke him. officers let that man go after searching him. the police reports describes it as a brief detention. he was arrested for possession for sale of cocaine. after he was released from jail, he noticed things missing from his home. he accused hotel employees and filed a police report but this video shows an officer leaving the home with the bag.

prostitution business. his attorney says investigator christopher butler ran it, not norman weilsch. >> he gave them a 34 page type written report. in explaining, he said he was the one who rented the place, he collected the money, he purchased the furniture, he was the one that collected the money, but i didn't get any money. i gave it to other people. one of which was norman weilsch. not true. >> christopher butler trying to lessen the time he is going to spend in prison by spinning stories. >> reporter: his attorney says he was asked to open up this parlor but it was a front for a prostitution business. he needed to generate money so

in headlines tonight the san diego county district attorney filed a lawsuit seeking to nullify former governor arnold schwarzengger's decision to reduce the sentence for the son of a political ally convicted in the stabbing death of a college student he is the son of fabian nunez. the da says the lawsuit is the first of its kind. osama bin laden's sons say they are not convinced their father is dead and they say if he is, u.s. laws were broken. the white house says the mission was justified. and a handwritten journal of osama bin laden was discovered and it has details of operations. the trial has been delayed for the two americans held in iran.

is now under water and the river nears record levels. >> came in so fast. my house is completely submerged. >> reporter: south of memphis, tunica, mississippi. hundreds of homes are gone. the floodwaters inundated the 9 casinos. on the other side of the river the waters are rising in arkansas. people who cannot even see the river are now finding it at their door steps. >> i am in the flood. >> the disaster passed through memphis where the water crested at 15 feet above flood level. by the begin of next week greenville, mississippi could see a 65-foot rise. that's 17 feet above flood level. after that levels are predicted to reach 47 feet in louisiana,
