incident free on the upper deck. this is a metering lights back up. >> a developing story in san jose, police are investigating an early morning murder. this is the twenty fifth homicide of the year for the city. >> a quiet neighborhood on the south side of san jose, this road has been blocked off in this quiet neighborhood for the past few hours. police came on a 911 call and found a dead person. the police are saying he is in his late teens, early 20s, he was in a garage along with several others when the incident occurred. he died on the scene, several others walked in to area hospitals with non life- threatening injuries. police are not telling us, at least they do

ago. the san mateo bridge looks good, it is normal, there are no problems in either direction eastbound or westbound. the volume is a little less than usual, the right coming down from highway 880 on 92 is also pretty smooth, not a lot of congestion. on the golden gate bridge, 101 southbound, earlier occurring problems of waldegrave, you'll have an easy trick. the fog seems to have lifted a bit, it does not look like you will need wipers. on walnut creek, a typical commuter as we pick up some slow traffic on the drive towards our most of them. in the next 45 minutes-1 l or we will see traffic start slow from south main street, that will be the usual pattern for the san ramon valley ride. >> shaky in the south bay, a 3.1

70 for san francisco. i will have the details coming up. >> a former guard officer johannes mehserle has been released from prison. people are wondering where you live. the attorney for mehserle's says he hopes to return to the bay area but will call another place, if he cannot come back here. according to the parole status, he is free to live anywhere in the united states without restrictions. the former bart officers will be on parole for one year but he does not have to meet with a parole agents. his whereabouts will not be tracked. he is not required to inform anyone where he lives, not even the state parole department. a class-action lawsuit has been filed by the national lawyers guild on behalf of one of the 50 people arrested back on november 5, 2010 during a protest following the sentencing of johannes mehserle. the lawsuit claims that the police department arrested a group of people attending the rally in addition of depriving those
