incident free on the upper deck. this is a metering lights back up. >> a developing story in san jose, police are investigating an early morning murder. this is the twenty fifth homicide of the year for the city. >> a quiet neighborhood on the south side of san jose, this road has been blocked off in this quiet neighborhood for the past few hours. police came on a 911 call and found a dead person. the police are saying he is in his late teens, early 20s, he was in a garage along with several others when the incident occurred. he died on the scene, several others walked in to area hospitals with non life- threatening injuries. police are not telling us, at least they do
not know why as to where this happened. they were in the garage having some kind of a late-night event when this occurred. right now, one person dead, several others injured. not a life-threatening injuries. the twenty fifth homicide in san jose, most of it in as i see areas of known for data problems. they are not saying is this is a gain sensitive. this is a middle- class neighborhood not known for this >> barbara be invited first lady michelle obama for a breakfast fund-raiser for her husband's 2012 reelection bid. you're looking at the hotel is getting

ago. the san mateo bridge looks good, it is normal, there are no problems in either direction eastbound or westbound. the volume is a little less than usual, the right coming down from highway 880 on 92 is also pretty smooth, not a lot of congestion. on the golden gate bridge, 101 southbound, earlier occurring problems of waldegrave, you'll have an easy trick. the fog seems to have lifted a bit, it does not look like you will need wipers. on walnut creek, a typical commuter as we pick up some slow traffic on the drive towards our most of them. in the next 45 minutes-1 l or we will see traffic start slow from south main street, that will be the usual pattern for the san ramon valley ride. >> shaky in the south bay, a 3.1

little bit of drizzle. it is going to feel like summer today, highs in the '90s. they will stick around for the next couple of days. here is a look at your afternoon highs. temperatures in mid-upper 80s in places like santa rosa and rohnert park. right around 70 in san francisco. as you head south we will continue to warm spring temperatures into the upper 70's. berkeley will be close to 80 degrees. in the san ramon valley, and temperatures will warm into the upper 80s and we can squeeze out a 90 degree reading in concord, 92 for antioch. the south bay brings us andan abundance of eighties in the '90s. this morning temperatures are slowly starting to warm. in the '60s for antioch, 52 in san francisco,

skalar is live with the latest. >> police responded just after 3:00 a.m.. the street is still blocked off. authorities are investigating, canvassing the area trying to find out if anyone saw the perpetrators, they tell me that the victim who died is in his late teens, early 20s. there were several others who went to nearby hospitals were also injured, non-life threatening injuries. there were the same age. there was some kind of gathering among these young people in the garage when the attack occurred. people out here are telling me this is a big surprise, this is not the type of neighborhood where they expect to see this sort of thing. in the meantime, one fatality around 3:00 a.m.. police are asking anyone for any information to figure out how or why this would have happened. >> we are only in june, 25

the ramp was partially blocked and that is why traffic is slowed. keeping an eye on a new incident as reported, a motorcycle accident in redwood city at marsh road, 101 southbound. it is already starting to back up the bay short commute. it is not unusual to see slow traffic down the bay shore expressway, a normally backs of redwood and sometimes into south carlos but it looks like we're getting an early drop on in this morning. a look at your bridges. the bay bridge westbound, this is a travesty. light traffic on the bay bridge for the last two days. it started out that way this morning that the metering lights are being cycled very slowly into the back of is now reaching almost to west grand or the berkeley curve. on the san mateo bridge, problem free. there are no delays in either direction. a 13 minute drive * eastbound or westbound. the golden gate

70 for san francisco. i will have the details coming up. >> a former guard officer johannes mehserle has been released from prison. people are wondering where you live. the attorney for mehserle's says he hopes to return to the bay area but will call another place, if he cannot come back here. according to the parole status, he is free to live anywhere in the united states without restrictions. the former bart officers will be on parole for one year but he does not have to meet with a parole agents. his whereabouts will not be tracked. he is not required to inform anyone where he lives, not even the state parole department. a class-action lawsuit has been filed by the national lawyers guild on behalf of one of the 50 people arrested back on november 5, 2010 during a protest following the sentencing of johannes mehserle. the lawsuit claims that the police department arrested a group of people attending the rally in addition of depriving those
arrested of their civil rights to demonstrate against mehserle's two year sentence. the attorney's office has had no comment. aqua >> a rebel commander says that muammar gaddafi troops have been bombing forces to prevent border crossing with tunisia. rebel forces had bombed an area near gaddafi's compound. in the eastern part of the country near misrata, rebel forces have engaged in heavy fighting with libyan soldiers for the past five days. rebels say they have had to hold their and vans due to a lack of supplies. activists say that syrian tanks are pushing towards towns and villages near the turkish border. the government has been expanding its crackdown led by helicopters. government forces are attacking an area where they say 120 troops were killed by protestors last week. activists are saying more than 1400 syrians have died in more than
