>> a developing story out of concord. police are searching for a man that they consider arms. will traffic is light at the police department as more details emerged about this. >> this man is no stranger to the concord police department. according to the chp, this guy is wanted for murder. here is a video of the rampage, his path of destruction through concord. he made an illegal u-turn. that caught the attention of the sheriff's department and eventually he made his way onto the freeway. chp got involved. he came to concord and ditched his car, carjacked another car and went another 5 mi. in the wrong direction. he hit a couple of cars along the way and fortunately did not kill or injure anyone. if when he ditched the second car on
myrtle drive, the chp thought they had him. they came to the car and realized that he was long gone. he fled on foot. here is his picture. his name is justin cooper. he is a parolee. the concord police department has been searching for him for quite some time for allegedly committing a murder in concord. we are not sure why he chose to pull into concord, perhaps he lives here. more information should come out and about 30 minutes. he could be considered armed and dangerous fifth >> the other stories we're following, the woman accused of murdering bay area nursing stint of michelele is scheduled to meet in paris this morning and probably enter a plea. giselle as the bond was last seen leaving kaiser hospital back in may. here is a video as to bonn on friday during her arraignment. and the body of michellele has not

economy. if $4,000 tax credit for companies that hire anyone who spent more than six months looking for a job. the bill will help hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged young people find jobs next year. jobs that will help set the direction of their entire lives. hata just about every family in america will have to pay more taxes if this act is not passed. that is a self-inflicted that our economy cannot afford. let's pass this bill and give the american working family $1,500 tax cut instead.

take a look at your screen. the rampage started around noon in solano county. initially made any legal u- turn. he hopped on the freeway, the chp got involved. he came to concord, ditched his car and carjacked another car. he drove about 5 mi.. we have learned over the past couple of minutes that he was from concord. this story now is he is wanted for attempted murder. he plans on a driving rampage for about 5 mi., he crashed into three vehicles. he ditched the car at the doral drive. the police department will did to try and make an arrest he was long gone from the scene. if according to the concord police believe he purposely drove his car to myrtle drive which is why they believe he could be in that area. he is armed and dangerous. take a look at your screen. his name is

still fall. patchy at best. mind temperatures this afternoon. if it'll be nice and warm. the temperature range will be in the '60s and '70s, potentially 80s inland. here's a quick look at where temperatures are right now. if we are starting to see warmup in the east bay and south bay. temperatures, as we watch them develop, we're starting off today in the '50s and '60s but as we advance the clock, 80s by 3:00 p.m.. mainly low-made 80s with a couple of select locations getting up into the 80 degree range. livermore and pleasanton will have the potential to see the 80s. we're looking mainly for made 80s. san francisco taking on the padres today.

truck has been dispatched. the golden gate bridge ride has been a problem free. as we picked up our east bay maps, looking at the right on interstate 80 west down, since lower traffic that might need 80 is the potential for a hot spot. it is slow from pleasant hill on 680 south doll but that is not unusual. if was down 580 traffic is getting heavier through livermore because of the logjam at tracy finally broke. the traffic is finally getting through. in the south bay that had been an accident but it has not backed up to ride very badly. it is still a lighter than usual to meet for the south bay. it is getting a little heavier in marin county for this out on
