>> a developing story out of concord. police are searching for a man that they consider arms. will traffic is light at the police department as more details emerged about this. >> this man is no stranger to the concord police department. according to the chp, this guy is wanted for murder. here is a video of the rampage, his path of destruction through concord. he made an illegal u-turn. that caught the attention of the sheriff's department and eventually he made his way onto the freeway. chp got involved. he came to concord and ditched his car, carjacked another car and went another 5 mi. in the wrong direction. he hit a couple of cars along the way and fortunately did not kill or injure anyone. if when he ditched the second car on
