westbound, you can see the right side of the screen, the commute is pretty smooth, no problems. let's get back to the east shore freeway. we are started this season salon. flats attract the drive and check the drive time for 80 westbound. a few pockets of slow and go traffic. speeds have dropped into the forties, right at the merger is where you see the slowest traffic. overall the drive time is just 15 minutes. in the south bay, 101 northbound is starting to slow a visit.

latest with the fires and novato. the effort is on to catch the arsonist who has lived 56 fires around a bottle, most of them happening over the weekend. a $15,000 reward is al leading to an arrest. the fires have started normally in the dark hours or in the early morning. no one has been hurt. the flames have not spread to any homes. firefighters are asking people to support any suspicious activity. >>mark: 3 bay area counties are among the top-10 with homicide rates for 2010. those numbers are just coming out. rates were compared for youths ages 10-24. alameda county had the second-highest rate. 18.41 per 100,000 youths. contra costa it came in at no. 6. number one on a list

is still unconfirmed exactly where that happened. the police department searched over the apartment complex, but nothing has come out of their investigation. many cable in the neighborhood are shocked. they believe this is a very nice place it had kind words to say about the bar and grill. across the street is the arkose station. we had a chance to talk to the owner. and this place is shut down between 1:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m.. there are no witnesses for police to talk to. those cameras are only operational between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. even when there are working and they are only trained on the gas pumps. if it did not happen on the property to, there is nothing for the police

west, avenue are around 1:30 a.m. and the 500 block. this is the willow glenn section of san jose. >>will: we are not sure if all three victims were patrons of this far integral but i can tell you that officers are focusing on the parking lot. even towed away a car at around 5:00 a.m.. several minutes ago i was able to track down a san jose resident that lives in nearby. he was in the area and heard a lot of commotion. here is what he had to say. >> i heard a screaming, fighting noise. then i heard gunshots. at first i thought they were fireworks but i thought, it cannot be.

it happened in west alabama avenue, the willow glenn section of san jose. will tran and has been there following the story. >>will: right now investigators are trying to track down any possible suspects and looking for a motive. all of this took place in the parking lot at the creekside bar and grill. we are not sure if the victims were patrons of the bar but i can tell you after talking to several people off, they say that things were so loud they could hear the commotion. year is a person i spoke to around 8:30 a.m.. here is what he had to say about the gunshots. >> i heard a lot of screaming and fighting. after that i heard two-three gunshots. >>will: what were you
