appear international in oakland where the alleged crime happened. we can show you some video at 11:00 a.m. a father called 911 and stated that his 21 month old daughter had been kidnapped from the liquor store. he went into the store and he went out came out the girls' concord the police is canvassing the entire area and neighborhood in hopes of finding the child. but oakland police and fbi are out there in numbers. witnesses did say that they saw it woman walking away with a child. so they are looking for that woman as well. the child is described as having, let me show you a picture of the child. 21 month old daphne viola webb.

dozens more at an aurora movie theater last summer. holmes' lawyers say he was in the middle of a psychotic episode at the time. the admission was made public on wednesday. his lawyers were trying to argue that holmes should be unrestrained during his upcoming trial. holmes has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to more than 160 counts, including murder, stemming from the july 20th theater shooting in aurora. prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. >> pam: in canada. the death toll continues to rise. after a train full of crude oil derailed and crashed into a town. setting off a huge fireball. authorities in quebec say 20 people have died. and another 30 people are still considered missing. the head of the u- s company that owns the train is blaming the engineer for failing to set the brakes properly. >> jacqueline: it was clear

why they are in that general area. we did get a tip and they are searching an area off of some 580 in connection with an attempted kidnapping of 21 month old child. last show you a picture ofdaphne viola webb. she was kidnapped this morning from the supermarket of international boulevard in oakland. crews were called to the scene as well as the fbi have been out here for hours looking for this 21 month old child. the father says that at 11:00 a.m. he went into the supermarket and when he returned to his car the child was gone. the child and. there was also an all adults and the car. that police have interviewed that person but the the person in the car does have a
