>>will: here is video that we got from the scene. this all happened at about 1215 on the 1600 block of blue streak. according to investigators, there was a man who got a knock on his front gate. he goes to the front gate and sees a woman. he opens up just a little bit and that's with three suspects rushed inside. there was a confrontation and that's when he was stabbed. apparently what the neighbors heard all this commotion. they call the police department and within minutes officers arrived on the scene. did this, one of the suspect walked out of the front gate when he saw the police officers. he goes back inside the home and tries to escape through the back window. he jumps and that is how he broke his leg. he was taken into custody at the scene. at this point they're still searching for two people. one is a woman described to be between her 20s and 30s. and another one in his 50s. by this point, they're not

sure if this was targeted are if this was a random act. reporting from san francisco will tran, kron4 notes. >>mark: new details about the deadly limo fire that killed five people during a bridal shower in may. a new report alleges that the limo driver behind the wheel that night was distracted. he reportedly had turned up the music of his passengers couldn't hear him argue with his estranged wife on the phone. this claim coming from the wife. this new information now raises questions about whether the driver was distracted to react quickly enough to the limo fire. there were initial reports that the women were bay get on the partition divider between them and the driver to get his attention after the back started filling up with smoke. >>james: and redwood city, a man was killed over the

weekend trying to help crash victims on the highway. the accident happened earlier yesterday morning on southbound to 80 near woodside road. investigators say a drunk driver clipped and st which then slammed into the center divider injuring three people. arit wasd killed while crossing the freeway. the chp says the understand he was trying to help but stressed that people with this accident on the freeway should stay there cars for their own safety. the driver who allegedly caused the first collision was arrested for felony dui i. >>darya: a boater is in custody this morning after refusing to let police onto his boat near sausalito. the sale but had no flacks line and no markings of a time indicated is name or origins which is highly unusual. the coast guard asked to go on board and the captain refused to let him on. after calling for backup, the coast guard was able to get on board and detained the captain. he is being questioned. the incident is under investigation.

>>james: families of three chinese teams killed sunday on jaffna--in the asiana flight that crashed at sfo have hired lawyers. the chinese families retain a new york firm to represent them. one of the victims, 16 year-old ya-ming-one survived the july 6th crash. it was fatally struck by rescue truck. one's relatives issued a statement through their attorneys say they were devastated and heartbroken. the national transportation safety board is investigating one's death. >>darya: 605 is the time three we will take a quick break and return with more.

>>james: welcome back to the kron4 morning news. an ohio man is expected in court today in connection with three bodies found in east cleveland ohio. suspected killer michael madison a registered sex offender least the ground where the first body was found on friday. police found two other bodies the next day. one in a nearby field and another in the basement of an abandoned house. now police are searching for more victims. >>: we are dealing with a sick individual and we have reason to believe there might be more victims. he >>james: yesterday officers searched about for the

>>george: a major problem developing on 101 and palo alto. southbound at university avenue has now shut out to left lanes in both directions. northbound and southbound 101. first report a university and now closer to willow creek one of the vehicles trucks has overturned with fuel spilling into the lanes on the left-hand side of the roadway both northbound and southbound. so traffic is getting very restricted. this is going to have >>darya: there are a lot of things a corvette can do. floating is not one of them.

this event was caught in a flash flood in arizona this weekend. the water helped carry the sports car about one hunter yards before it got stuck. the flood near apache junction, ariz. out, was the result of heavy rains. water rescue crews had to step in to help a man in his seventies was stuck with the car. thankfully nobody was injured. >>james: researchers are testing a " cold caps " that you wear on your head to see if they prevent hair loss during chemotherapy. the idea is that: the scope bernanke muscles blood flow making it harder for cancer fighting drugs to reach and arm hair follicles. the approach is widely used in europe and canada but the food and drug administration has approved their use in the country. researchers

limousine. no information that might shed light on why he was slow to react. this new information comes out from his estranged wife and apparently, he and his estranged wife from the fall argued at the time. she says that the music was very loud and at one point she even told him on the phone could you turn down the music because i cannot hear you. some of the survivors have up also said they could not get his attention fast enough. they said that they were banking on a partition for quite some time before they finally got his attention. now the authorities say they never interviewed the estranged wife. if they plan to go third san jose home and interview her. you have got to believe that there definitely looking at cellphone records at the time of the accident to see exactly what went down but of course, this is no information that sheds new light on the investigation. whites the limousine crossfire. that is still part of the investigation

man was killed of the weekend in the city's tenderloin neighbor that has been identified. 24 year-old melsar godoy was among two groups of of the nation and 800 block of ofuro street just before 10 saturday night. godoy was pronounced dead at the scene while a second victim remains of the hospital with like three and three separate police recovered to guns at the same. it has not been determined if the shooting was gang-related. >>james: a man with a machete and a gun is accused of chasing children and a vallejo park. police said the man 44 year-old frederick kind ran through the popular delta metals park saturday night with his weapons and chased kids around. no children were injured. but residents say the incident has been very concerned. officers

once the gate was open, two black male suspects rushed in and forced the victim inside his home. a fight broke out and neighbors called the police. during the fight, the victim was stabbed in the torso, his injuries are considered to be non-life- threatening. as police arrived on scene on man jumped out the back window of the home, where police then took him into custody. police are now looking for a african american female wearing all black clothing, and an african american male between the ages of 45 and 55, also wearing all black clothing. anyone with information is asked to call the san francisco police department. >>mark:new details involving the deadly limo fire that killed five people during a
