we're following this morning. oakland police are trying to figure out what led to an accident that killed a to year-old boy. investigators in the children's mother was selecting the best-selling fruit out of her truck in front of a warehouse on the embarcadero. the boy was playing in the parking lot. police say it doesn't appear as though the driver of the sec was going very fast. in fact, he may not have seen the to year-old. the driver did remain at the scene of the accident and come-- cooperating with police. >>darya: police and sematech
