yesterday for investigation of extortion under color of authority and receiving a bribe. the 30 year-old, six year department veteran, alberin tried to use its suspect as a confidential informant after determining that she had forced prescriptions for friends and a clinic. police that when the victim told him there was no useful information to give him, he acts turf to give him $500 in exchange for a criminal case to go away. the suspect then gave him the $500 and then notify police, who collaborated her account. >> he turned in his letter of resignation on yesterday, his arraignment is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. >> coming up on the kron4 morning news. people are
