temperatures will start to slide. i will talk about the rain coming up. >> police say that the gunman at the new jersey mall is dead of an apparent suicide. the body of 20 year-old richard shoop of teaneck, new jersey was found in the back area of the mall early this morning. authority say that he killed himself with the same weapon that he used at the mall. the mall will be closed today, a day after authorities say that he dressed in black and he wore what is believed to be a motorcycle helmet when he fired multiple shots' shortly before the mall closed. most shoppers describe what happened. >> i was outside the mall and the parking lot and i heard the shots were being fired. we heard a few shots

this place? it will be one of the largest in the entire country. 340,000 square feet. 3000 slot machines and hundred and 50 gaming tables. that means that millions of dollars of revenue will be pouring into the economy but also in the county of sonoma. as far as the revenue, some estimate that it may be about a half a billion dollars spread 500 billion a year. they were in agreement with the tribal and that actually owned the casino. and they will pay the state about $400 million over a 20 year. . that money will be given out not only to the state but the county of sonoma and the city. as far as jobs, they say that they will create about 2000

accuses the sonoma county sheriff's deputy erick gelhaus of the reckless behavior over the past 18 years, including shooting their son. the mother and father filed a the federal civil suit monday. they stated that he is said have recognize that their sons ak-47 was a toy. they are seeking an unspecified amount of money. the family received the autopsy report and showed that the 13 a year rose suffered seven gunshot wounds. >> we want an honest investigation. all the people that are due in demonstrations, we also want your demonstrations to be honest. >> jail house, they basically unloaded in a reckless way this does not
