been sick at some point over the past two weeks. this is video as workers scrub down classrooms at hacienda elementary school. that school is one of the hardest hit... with 88 kids getting sick. crews are spraying a bleach solution on just about everything in an effort to sterilize the school.

(james) breaking news this morning... president trump may have asked former f-b-i director james comey to stop the investigation into former national security advisor michael flynn before comey was fired.(darya) some are calling it an obstruction of justice. kron 4's grant lodes has the latest. sources close to former fbi director james comey say comey wrote a memo following a one on one conversation with president trump... in which the president asked him to end the investigation into national security adviser michael flynn -- the president reportedly telling the former director-- quote, "i hope you can let this go."sources saying comey was so appalled by the request... he wanted to document it. the white house

adamently denying the report in a statement reading: "while the president has repeatedly expressed his view that general flynn is a decent man who served and protected our country, the president has never asked mr. comey or anyone else to end any investigation, including any investigation involving general flynn." one legal analyst calling the request potentially criminal.jeffrey toobin/cnn legal analyst: "if he's telling the truth i don't think anyone can see this as anything but an obstruction of justice."and lawmakers on both sides of the aisle asking for answersrep. kevin cramer/-r- north dakota: "the larger concern is what seems to be a lack of communication discipline coming out of the white house"rep. adam schiff/- d- ranking member, intelligence committee: "i would love for him to come before the intelligence committee and either way he needs to come back before congress and i think share with the public what conversations he had with the president that met there and whether there was any effort to obstruct the investigation or impede it in any way. "the former f-b-i director declined an invitation to testify in front of the senate intelligence committee behind closed doors. sources say he wants to testify publicly and now, the expectation is... that those memos will be subpeonaed. information about the classified intelligence that president trump shared with russian leaders last week in the white house. we now know it was israel that shared the intel with the united states. the president says he has the right to share any intelligence he wants. ( james ) just a few hours ago, chelsea manning was released from a military prison after serving 7 years. the former army intelligence analyst, who is a transgender woman, was originally sentenced to 35 years in prison. she was convicted for stealing nearly a million pages of documents and videos that were handed over to wiki-leaks. manning's sentence was commuted in january by former president obama. ( darya ) police have arrested a man connected to a murder in fairfield. 20-year-old jefferson tara was arrested last night for the murder of raymond mcdonald. mcdonald was shot and killed on march 14th. tara has been booked in the solano

county jail. he is charged with murder and attempted murder. police have not said what may have motivated the shooting. ( darya ) pacifica police arrest a man after finding thousands of child pornography images on a computer in his home. 28-year old marlon ramirez was arrested after police served a search warrant at a home. pacifica police and the fbi were able to recover 14-thousand pornographic images from devices inside the home. ramirez has been booked into the san mateo county jail. ( james ) also in pacifica, police are looking for two people who burglarized five homes in a span of just nine hours. here is a look at where the homes were burglarized. it happened on monday between seven in the morning and four p-m. the burglars broke in through the windows. the crooks stole jewelry, laptops and other electronics. police say all five of the burglaries were committed by the same people. police believe they were driving a gray or dark blue s-u-v, possibly a toyota rav-four or a nissan

rougue. ( james ) a third person has been arrested in santa cruz county for sex crimes against children. we told you about this story yesterday on the kron 4 morning news... a doctor and nurse were arrested for sexually abusing at least one minor. now we have learned that a third person... 29 year old emily stephens has been arrested in arizona and is waiting extradition to california. police say stephens is accused of committing sex acts against at least 6 children under the age of 14. doctor james kohut is scheduled to make his first court appearance later this morning. nurse rashel brandon has already pleaded not ( darya ) a hiker in the north bay says she came across a mountain lion and it's two cubs. the woman says she was walking along the "laguna de santa rosa" trail on the northeast side of sebastopol when she spotted the animals. authorities say there have been no other recent reports of sightings. officials do want to remind people that mountian lions are dangerous wild animals...that can be even more aggressive when protecting their young.

( darya ) wildfire season started a few days ago. and that means it is time for homeowners in the oakland hills to clear the space around their properties. it is also the time when oakland firefighters conduct their annual home inspections. oakland fire fighters are heading into the hills to inspect areas surrounding homes to make sure they comply with the city's fire code. once property owners have been notified that they do not meet the fire safety standards... they have 30-days to remove the problem. back in 1991 the oakland hills was the scene of one of the worst fire disasters in u.s. history. 25 people were killed. officials say that is why these fire inspections are so important. (james) now to the warriors taking on the spurs for game 2 of their western conference finals series against san antonio.(darya) and the spurs were without kawhi leonard who missed the game with an ankle injury. and this one was over early. let's go to the 1st quarter.

several charges after attacking a flight crew with coffee pots, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing. an air canada flight was heading from jamaica to toronto but had to be diverted to orlando monday night. police say the man was yelling at passengers for looking at him. he then grabbed a coffee pot and began swinging it at crew members. he yelled quote, "it would only take one guy to take the plane down." at one point he tried opening a cabin door. the flight crew secured the man using zip ties, and was later arrested. (james) happening today... u-s security officials are meeting to discuss plans to expand an in-flight ban on laptops and tablets on planes headed to the u-s from europe. the ban would affect

trans-atlantic routes that carry as many as 65 million people a year on over 400 daily flights. u-s security officials say the ban's expansion is due to increased terrorism concerns. there is currently a laptop ban in place at ten airports in eight countries mostly in the middle east. (james) fox news host kimberly guilfoyle says she is talking with the trump administration about replacing sean spicer as white house press secretary. the former first lady of san francisco was originally considered for press secretary during the presidential transition, but the job went to spicer. rumors that spicer may be replaced have been swirling in washington, d.c., in recent days. (darya) breaking news... a united states senator says he is doing well after collapsing while running a race. republican senator thom tillis of north carolina tweeted earlier this morning after having to be taken away in an ambulance. take a listen.

fine. just running about two and a half miles in and got overheated, no cpr, no special measures, just checking me out. see you back on capitol hill."> senator tillis was running a three mile race in washington, d-c when he (darya) a texas family is outraged after they say school police handcuffed and tased a seven-year-old boy with special needs. the picture shows a seven-year-old special needs boy in handcuffs, surrounded by police at a mental health facility. his mother says he has a-d-h-d and a mood disorder... so he often disrupts class, but has special counselors to help him. on tuesday the boy became violent... and started banging his head against a wall. his mother says police took action before she could arrive. she accuses them of using a baton to beat her son in the legs and tasing him in the back. the mother has contacted the

district attorney to have them review the case. her son was hospitalized, but is going to be okay. the school has not commented on the incident. (james) the fiancee of former new england patriots tight end aaron hernandez says he was not gay. shayanna jenkins-hernandez denied the rumors on the doctor phil show. hernandez reportedly left three suicide notes after he took his own life in his jail cell. one for his fiancee, one for his daughter and one for his alleged jail lover. jenkins-hernandez says the third note was for his lawyers. she also says she doesn't think the former n-f-l star comitted suicide. aaron hernandez was 27 years old. is seeking a refund of 17- dollars and 31-cents because he says his date was texting the whole time. he took the woman to see "guardian's of the galaxy", and says she was on her phone for most of the movie. she says her best friend was having a personal issue she needed to help with. vezmar later texted the woman asking her to reimburse him for the cost of the movie ticket... but she refused. he then filed a petition at a small claims court saying the woman's texting was a direct violation of the policy at the theater and his experience was affected by it. he says while the damages sought are modest... he wants the woman to know her behavior is a threat to civilized (james) still ahead on the kron four morning news... the penalty phase for

(james) they are being unveiled at their new campus in cupertino. the boxes are designed so pizza won't get soggy if workers want to save slices for later... or take it to eat at their desk. ( james ) two teenagers are facing trespassing charges after they pulled off dangerous stunts on the golden gate bridge. and now officials are reviewing their security procedures. climb the bridge....once they got to the top they started performing stunts like doing somersaults, and hanging from the cables with no safety equipment. let's take a look at the video the men posted on youtube.the daredevils, peter teatime and his friend tommy rector are from wisconsin.they dodged the bridge's security systems and climbed the 746 foot-high structure with no safety equipment last month. the two got onto the bridge by hiking down a hill in the marin headlands and jumping onto the sidewalk.police had no idea this happened until the video surfaced.the men were on the bridge for ten minutes.authorities say will file trespassing charges against the men. in the penalty phase of convicted killer antolin garcia-torres. he was convicted of killing morgan hill teenager sierra lamar. the prosecution yesterday wasted no time bringing out the raw emotions from the trial. three of sierra lamar's classmates delivered highly emotional testimony about how her murder has affected their lives.

was arrested in september for the d-u-i crash that killed three-year-old elijah dunn. she still hasn't been formally charged in that case. and on friday, police found malihan drunk in the streets in pleasanton and arrested her for public intoxication. she hasn't been charged in friday's incident either. some people are claiming she is getting special treatment because she is the wife of an alameda county sheriff's deputy. ( james ) malihan has since bonded out of jail following friday's arrest. ( darya ) an update now on the deadly ghost ship warehouse fire that killed 36 people in oakland last december. lawyers for the victims have just added p-g-and-e to their lawsuit... claiming the utility company should have known how dangerous the electrical setup was at the warehouse. the

lawsuit claims the owner of the warehouse owned several businesses on neighboring properties... but pg&e only had one smart meter to monitor them all. the victim's lawyers say that violates a utility rule requiring separate meters for each business. they claim that had pg&e installed the extra meters, like they were supposed to, an inspection of the warehouse would have been done... and the unsafe electrical system would have been discovered. the families of 18 victims are a part of the lawsuit but more are expected to join. p-g-and-e says they have not seen the lawsuit... but will cooperate with the investigation. spinners. we first told you about the popular toy yesterday on the kron four morning news... and now a mother is warning about choking hazards. she says her 10-year-old daughter was playing with her spinner when she put it in her mouth to clean part of it. a piece of the spinner came loose and the girl started choking on it. her mother took her to the hospital where they had to operate to remove the nickel sized piece from the girl's stomach. the mother is now warning other parents that the pieces of the spinners can come apart easily and they don't always come with age-appropriate warnings.

(darya) take a look at this video. some people go really out of their way to promote their social media account... these group of young men duct taped one of their members to a car over the weekend and drove around the east bay. they started in the city of alameda... then got on 880 and drove to oakland. that's when they drove around the oakland coliseum and international street. police pulled them over and took off the tape. they were issued three tickets in total. one for wreckless driving and two for unlawful riding. they hope

the most planes land on-time for the month of march. that is according to a government ranking of leading u-s carriers and their on-time performance. according to the list, delta flights landed on schedule nearly 87-percent of the time. followed by hawaiian airlines, united and american. some of the airlines that performed poorly were virgin america, spirit and jet-blue. virgin landed about 66-percent of their flights on time. got to the top they started performing stunts like doing somersaults, and hanging from the cables with no safety equipment. the daredevils, peter teatime and his friend tommy rector are from wisconsin. they dodged the bridge's security systems and climbed the 746 foot-high structure with no safety equipment last month. the two got onto the bridge by hiking down a hill in the marin headlands and jumping onto the sidwalk. police had no idea this happened until the video surfaced. the men were on the bridge for ten minutes.say will file trespassing charges against the men. the two men did not trigger any alarms and went unnoticed on the hundreds of security cameras on the bridge.( darya ) now to the warriors taking on the spurs for game 2 of their western conference finals series against san antonio. and the spurs were without kawhi leonard who missed the game with an ankle injury. and this one was over early. let's go to the 1st quarter. and here's steph curry
