lost one, it's hard, it is really hardhe says is youngest daughter 2 year old camila is showing no signs of life, even though doctors have tried everything.4 year old lenexy died after the crash on wednesday.that is when the contra costa county sheriff's office tells kroon 4 a deputy pursued a stolen pickup on highway 4 in pittsburg.the deputy at the time did not activate the vehicle's emergency lights.the stolen truck slammed into the pickup carrying jesus's two daughters, and his wife edith. they were returning home to pittsburg after a doctors appointment, he says they were happy after hearing lexnexy asthma was getting better.sot it is tragedy my family was not supposed to be therewhile jesus is angry with the man arrested, 23 year old noe saucedo, who is now charged with murder.he also holds the sheriff's office accountable. a stolen truck yesterday... that collided into another vehicle . authorities say the crash took place... after deputies received information about a stolen ford f250 in pittsburg. a deputy saw the truck and gave chase... on highway 4... as the suspect exited the highway on sommersville road - he is accused of running a red light... plowing into the family of three in their truck. saucedo was arrested ... and is awaiting his first court appearance. (vicki) they're coming down to the final day on capitol hill... if congress does not pass a spending bill by midnight friday, the government will shut down. the first full day of the shutdown would potentially coincide with the one-year anniversary of the trump administration, and could be an ugly start for both parties to a crucial midterm election year. reporter karin caifa has a look at the last-minute scramble at the capitol. the house -- passing a measure to keep the government running

daly city yesterday morning has been identified as 34-year-old warren ragudo. police responded to an altercation between family members tuesday night on brunswick street near acton street.... police then tased ragudo with a stun gun to calm him down. officers noticed shortly after that ragudo was unresponsive.

he was then taken to a hospital....and according to the san mateo coroner's office...he died sometime after midnight. (vicki) a warning tonight if you plan on heading to the beach anytime soon.... health officials in monterey county found high levels of bacteria in water samples at two popular beaches.... its happening at monterey municipal beach and carmel beach at ocean avenue. the two beaches will now have advisories posted until it's safe. higher levels of bacteria can potentially get people sick if they come in contact with the waters it lives in. some symptoms of bacteria infections are diarrhea, bloating, and abdominal pain... there are several possible sources such as animals and rainfall runoff... ) 4 your money tonight... wells fargo is apologizing again -- this time for a glitch that drained some customer accounts by double-paying their bills online.(vicki) the banking giant says the processing error that caused the double-posting of some items was fixed overnight. angry customers slammed wells fargo on twitter, saying their accounts became overdrawn. the company said it would refund any related fees or charges. it's just the latest embarrassment for wells fargo, which is trying to repair its reputation after a year of scandal. most notably, when the bank admitted that employees motivated by unrealistic sales goals created millions of potentially fake accounts. failed a drug test. she was arrested on probation violation. when investigators asked tanisha where the 11-month-old boy was... she gave conflicting accounts before telling them she simply didn't know. tanisha was eventually charged with child endangerment. investigators were never able to prove her involvement in the baby's disappearance. dwightús grandmother - barbara blames the disappearance on both her daughter and child protective services.(barbara edwards/dwight's grandmother): "i had him, they took him from me. and i had him, they took him from me..but they did it more than one time... if they'd a left him here the last time, he wouldn't be gone." this may dwight would be eight years old. barbara say she would have no idea what he looks like today. she has a computer generated picture of what he could look like. barbara says she still remembers how dwight looked and acted... and still misses him dearly.

(vicki) a teen athlete paralyzed during an east bay wrestling match...is making progress is his recovery. this is a picture of the 16 year old from just this morning. ryan joseph suffered a life- changing spinal cord injury last wednesday while competing in wresting for college park high school. he has been in intensive care since then. the athletic director of joseph's school tells kron-4 he had a successful tracheotomy ---to help him breathe. and now he can mouth words to his family. after his surgery... he looked at his mom and dad and mouthed "i love you" the go-fund-me page for ryan went over 100-thousand dollars this morning. steve aveson. it's not a big storm...but it is enough to make for some very slick conditions out there.and we can expect more of the same as we head into the weekend. ((pam/cross shot))chief metererologist lawrence karnow is tracking this storm. lawarence, what can we expect for the rest of the night? lawrence karnow: a new storm brought rain to the entire bay area. it is a much colder storm so snow levels in the bay area will drop to near 3,000 feet. that means we could see a few snow flakes on our higher peaks. showers will continue tonight with a chance of isolated thunderstorms. you can see the showers on doppler radar. they are more scattered now instead of steady rain. the wettest part of the bay area had over a half an inch of rain. on the satellite you can see the eye of the storm still spinning in the gulf of alaska. there is plenty of cold air the will rush in tonight and tomorrow. showers and chilly temperatures will continue friday with highs in the 40s and 50s. it will be a mostly dry but chilly start to the weekend. on sunday the clouds return with a cha
