barcode definitely not city or county issue the city of pacifica says they did not install the speed bumps neither did san mateo county public works so who did . i asked neighbors, no one knows however cassidy a student at a nearby high school had a better idea i think that they should move the speed bumps on to paloma instead because i walk to school every morning none of the cars stop éfunny thing about asking neighbors about problem areas, you tend to find out a lot like for instance just down the street there is a stop sign missing at mirador and paloma and according to residents it's been missing for months .. although the word stop is still painted on the street and another thing i like to say is that there is a stop sign right there and no cars stop for that stop sign that sign was put up a couple years ago because cars don't stopbut let's get back to the subject at hand the speed bumps,... there is a issue which may prevent the speed bumps from being removed the reason, according to pacifica public works .. the street might be considered a private street . despite the streets on both sides being city owned, so they are investigating before someone comes and rips up the speed bumps in pacifica, stanley roberts kron 4 news
