player with the nationals.. spit a tooth out, walked to the plate and hit the first home run of his career.. it's hard to see the tiny tooth fly but during the fifth inning yesterday against the phillies, spencer kieboom spit out a tooth.. then he drives a home run to right field. he'll always remember that first homer.. because dont' you remember when you lost your first tooth??? the details are even funnier.. turns out he had lost a tooth and that was a temporary tooth that had come lose while he was eating breakfast that morning when he bit in to a baguette.. so he just spit it out completely when he got to the plate... the baseball plate not the breakfast plate, to be clear. just going in to the second week of football season and fans are already hating on refs.. jags fans raised $1,500 to fly a banner this weekend for sunday's jaguars-patriots game. it won't say this exactly.. it will say "myles jack wasn't down." jacksonville fans believe a premature whistle cost jack a touchdown in their brutal afc championship loss last year. here's the play where jags linebacker myles jack stripped lewis at the end of a 20-yard gain and started to carry the ball for what looked like an easy touchdown to take a three- possession lead. but no: jack was ruled down by contact after the strip. what does a banner do? it basically tells the refs: we're watching you. and football officials aren't the only ones takin the heat. tennis refs are also getting beaten up.. they're shaken by the lack of support for chair ump carlos ramos.. he's the one who penalised serena a game in the u-s open final because she called him a thief and a liar. the usta said yeah.. the umps seem to be treating women differently than men.. same thing they said when that ump reprimanded a female player for fixing her backwards shirt.. the umps say they feel abandoned by the tennis associations and feel like no one has their back when they have to make unpopular calls. there's even talk of them boycotting future matches involving serena. the flap definitely spoiled the victory for naomi osaka.. but she's going to get her due. she's about to sign adidas' biggest ever deal with a female athlete - 8.5 million dollars which would make her one of the highest-paid women in sports. they think she's going to be a real branding

sensation after her how well she played and how well she handled the whole situation. she held back her tears when they gave her the trophy and said iwas an honor to play serena. and then there was the grown man who couldn't hold back his tears when he met steph curry.. you just gotta see this cuz it's cute and cuz it shows you just how big a deal steph is.. he's like the beatles: the girls used to scream and cry when they saw them. look it up kids. draymond green likes his new teammate so much.. he's helping him to chores.. here's dray helping demarcus cousins clean his pool. nice to see them getting along so well..
