much like yesterday it will be another hot day for much of the bay. temperatures will boost back into the upper 80's and low 90's inland with 60's and 70's closer to the coast. skies will remain sunny and dry all day long much like yesterday with a relatively fog free morning to start this last day of summer. working into fall ahead of us expect temperatures to remain above average and for skies to remain clear and dry. (robin) no major hot spots. bay bridge

the buzz starts with browns fans finally getting a taste of victory.. and boyyyy were they thirsty!!! as promised the free bud coolers magically unlocked the moment the browns got their first win. after 635 days, it had to happen sooner or later, right? you don't need to be a mathmatecian to figure that out. but of course it wasn't easy... the browns were down 14 to nothin against the jets when their starting qb got a concussion and in went baker mayfield.. the crowd

went wild and he proved why he was the number one draft pick.. leading the browns to a 21 to 17 win. you could see the offense light up when he took over.. the coach won't say if he'll start their next game but it's likely he'll be the guy when the browns come to oakland a week from sunday. no promise of free beer, but the raiders are still waiting for their first win.they play the miami dolphins this sunday . if you like to sleep late, you can watch it from bed at 10am.. if you're in church you can do the cell phone thing. what's worse watching your cell phone at church or on a date? 10am sunday.. same time the 49ers play the chiefs.. it's gucci garopp versus patrick mahomes kansas city's hot new qb who threw 10 t'd's in their first two games. a's scored the same as the browns

did yesterday.. but it wasn't as big a deal.. because there was no free beer... a's got 21 runs on the angels... their magic number is now down to 4. they are still a game and a half behind the yankees for the top wild card spot. right now it looks like they will face the yankees in the wild card game... we just have to see if it will be played in new york or here in oakland. red sox got to drink cuz they clinched last night. beat the yankees 11 to 6. good thing those wiseguys gave em their al east banner back. remember.. if fell off a truck and they said stop the kah, let's pick it up.. maybe the sox will give us free tickets! nope. fool me once shame on you.. fool me four times.. shame on yasiel puig..seriously.. the dodger outfielder has got to do

something about his home security. here's what he saw on his phe tuesday night, burglars hitting his house while he was hitting balls at the stadium. it's the fourth time his home as been burglarized while he's been working. you know how they say you never want crooks to know when you're not home.. kinda hard when it's broadcast on tv: dodgers play the padres tonight. tiger's in the lead at the tour championship in atlanta.. it's his last chance to win a big tournament this year and my producer thinks that i'll blow if i say anymore. i'll blow it??? i love supersticious sports fans.. tiger's the one who eagled the last hole, richard! it's not my fault that every time i say he has a chance to win that he doesn't. if you're like me and you think your kids are wasting their time with social media.. instagram will get you nowhere! well apparenlty we're wrong. cuz look at where it's gotten this travel blogger.. she's in first class with fairy lights.. harimao lee wanted to show her instagram followers

i'm april kennedy and i'm an arborist with pg&e in the sierras. since the onset of the drought, more than 129 million trees have died in california. pg&e prunes and removes over a million trees every year to ensure that hazardous trees can't impact power lines. and since the onset of the drought we've doubled our efforts. i grew up in the forests out in this area and honestly it's heartbreaking to see all these trees dying. what guides me is ensuring that the public is going to be safer and that these forests can be sustained and enjoyed by the community in the future. earth quake in gilroy.
