( james ) in the south bay... police are investigating a deadly stabbing at ahome on ayer avenue in san jose. it

happened around 8-30 yesterday morning. officers were responding to a welfare check at the home.. but before the arrived the call was updated to a stabbing. the stabbing victim... a man... was dead at the scene. police also found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. he was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. police have not released the names of victims. ( james ) in the east bay a federal agent's car is burglarized in oakland... with several items being taken form that car. the atf agent's car was parked outside the federl courthouse in oakland. the a-t-f has not said if a gun was among the items taken. ( darya ) a man is in critical condition this morning after being hit by a car in santa rosa. these are pictures from the scene. the driver took off and was involved in an acident just a few miles away. the driver was identified as an 80-year- old woman who told police that she didn't even know that she
