(grant)(grant)(grant) 21-year-old christan kelling of fremont has been arrested at a home near austin, texas. police say they received a tip that he fled to that area to avoid being caught. kelling was wanted in connection with the murder of 17-year-old damani chadly.. a senior at california high school in san ramon. the incident happened in fremont three

weeks ago. police are describing it as a marijuana deal gone wrong. they say kelling was selling pot to chadly and his 19-year-old friend, when there was an altercation. officers say that is when kelling fired several shots into their car... killing chadly, who was a passenger. the driver was taken to the hospital and later released. police say kelling showed up at the home in texas unannounced and was planning to leave the country. kelling will be arraigned on the charges of homicide and attempted homicide. a san jose family tells kron 4... that someone has been stealing their christmas decorations..(ken) it happened last week in the willow glen neighborhood and the thief was recorded on surveillance video. kron 4's charles clifford has details. well, christmas is less than a week away and the decoations are up on homes all over the bay area. the family that lives in the home behind me here put up their deocations just after christmas but there are a few things missing.this is is surveillance video from a home along gavota avenue in san jose. it was recorded just after 4 in the morning on december 11th.in the video a shadowy figure can be seen walking onto the lawn and stealing 4 christmas decorations, including a

world. they say the need is real.
