traffickers or people tied to trafficking were arrested over the weekend. cyber detectives from law enforcement agencies up and down the state exchanged text messages and posts on social media with suspected human sex traffickers and potential clients -- soliciting under age girls and boys. vanessa russell is the founder of "love never fails" ... a non-profit advocating for survivors of human trafficking. she says investigations like these really maknever fails- "what a great thing for us to be able to get 339 people, identified as exploiters and put on notice that this is not going unnoticed. this is not ok.">( robin ) several bay area

law enforcement agencies and partners were involved in the operation... including the contra costa county sheriff's and district attorney's offices... the san rafael police department says it made five arrest ( robin ) a family in the east bay is still holding out hope that their loved one will be found. ilene misheloff vanished without a trace 30 years ago. dozens of people took to the streets in dublin to remember and raise awareness about ilene. she was 13-years-old ... and last seen walking home from school when she disappeared in 1989. ilene's mother maddie says there isn't a day that goes by where she doesn't think about her daughter. investigators say the case has not gone cold and leads continue to come in ... but still no ilene and still no publically named suspect ( robin ) the aftermath of a police standoff forced an elderly roseville couple out of their home. 44-year-old bronson kelly barricaded

himself inside of his parent's house in roseville... after his probation officer came by to check on him. the home was left with busted windows, tear gas and a massive hole in the ceiling from the 10-hour standoff between kelly and police. police eventually took him into custody. ( robin ) ida admits that her son made a mistake but she doesn't think ásheá should have to pay for the consequences. they hope insurance will cover the damage... but worry the deductible will just be too high. ( robin ) a car burst into flames after it plunged nine stories inside a parking garage... it happened on

monday in downtown miami... the owner of the car watched it burn... he says he thought he heard his car alarm going off... then he heard a big bang and turned around to see the car had fallen in the elevator shaft... fire crews managed to get the fire under control within ten minutes. the fire was just contained to the garage and the damages were a total loss. no injuries reported. ( robin ) a middle school in san jose unveiled it's new stem lab. the lab will give kids early exposure to some high tech tools. kron 4's charles clifford has details. well here at sylvandale middle school is san jose the school unveiled it's new stem lab on wed. this is an opportunity for kids to get some up close hands on experience with some high tech tools.the school has dozens of computers and workstation for students to try their hand at robotics, computer science and alternative energy.this lab was paid for with a grant.sot the goal is really for kids to find their passion.many kids this sort of equipment until

they are in high school or college. the hope is that by exposing it to them in middle school it will trigger an interest in education.sotwe find that a lot of kids drop out between middle school and high school is california. if we can engage them now they will have a better chance of going into high school.now, the program runs for an entire school year. two semesters. the principal hopes that more kids will sign up for the program in the years to come. in san jose, charles clifford kron 4 news. play in 2019 continues.. as there is no agreement in place with the coliseum... and it's not yet known if there is traction on some of the other sites that have been discussed including san diego. nfl commissioner roger goodell has said he'd like an answer by january or february... and he addressed the team's quest in atlanta. "many of those issues are obviously issues that the raiders are taking the lead on. they've been having a variety of discussions with officials, looking at their options. making sure that they evaluate that. i'm hopeful that they'll get a resolution soon. we need to make a schedule obviously for the 2019 season, and the sooner the better for us. the hope of mark is to continue to be in the bay area with his raider fans." goodell said raiders owner mark davis is taking the lead on the issue, but offered no specifics as to where the team might play.
