breaking new this morning... the catholic morning...new this breaking new this morning... the catholic diocese of oakland has just released the names of priests accused of sexual abuse. the diocese says the names include 45 clergy members who are "credibly accused" of sexually abusing minors. the list includes priests, deacons, and religious brothers who lived in the diocese since it was founded in 1962. both alameda and contra costa counties are included. of the 45 names on the list, 14 of the 20 priests in the oakland diocese are dead. we have posted the entire list on kron4.com ( darya ) this morning lanes are still closed on highway 37 between atherton avenue & 101 in novato because of severe flooding. crews are still working on emergency levee repairs. work is being done 24 hours a day. marin county declared a state

(robin) today caltrans will start on the permanent fix for the richmond san- rafael bridge after it got pushed back because of last week's major storm crews installed an eight foot steel plate as a temporary fix... after huge chunks of concrete started falling from the upper deck forcing the closures of the bridge. the permanent replacement project is planned for ten overnight work shifts starting today. the work will be happenning from 9 p-m to 4 a-m. one lane of traffic will remain open in each direction during construction. caltrans says the fix will take 2-weeks to finish ( darya ) happening for today's presidents day holiday... bart will operate on its saturday service schedule. the transit service said it would run longer trains on the different lines at the start of service. the early bird express bus service,

which began last week to accommodate the later weekday start time for bart service on the transbay tube, will not be available. a hot-air ballon was forced to make an unexpected landing ... after the pilot determined the high winds made the flight unsafe. 10 passengers and the pilot needed to be rescued ... after the hot air balloon came down sunday morning near skaggs island. that is just north of the san pablo bay.the hot air balloon took off from sonoma skypark airport ... but the pilot made the detour to keep his passengers safe. everyone was then airlifted to safety with the help of a chp helicopter. a spokesperson for the balloon company - sonoma ballooning adventures ... tells kron 4 due to the high winds, the pilot chose skaggs island to land, which was dry at the time. victims after a man was arrested for child sex abuse in vacaville. johnny carbajal was arrested after an 8-month investigation. police have not released specific details about the crimes but say that the victims were under the age of 14. the solano county district attorney's office is investigating. (robin) in the east bay ... antioch police found a loaded gun after a man was arrested during a traffic stop. it happened last night near on a-street near belshaw avenue. there were multiple people in the car ... but only one of them had a loaded gun and drugs on him. the man was booked into contra costa county jail. a big story we are following this morning... more backlash against president trump after declaring a national emergency to pay for a border wall. presidential hopeful senator kamala harris is calling it irresponsible. kyung lah has more. natsa packed gymnasium greeted senator kamala harris in her first campaign town hall in south carolina ... talking up

denver police are blaming the crash on the weather and not any one driver. and because of that--- police issued no tickets to anyone involved. authorities are advising against travel to the tahoe area because of all of the snow brought by the last storm.. the national weather service issued a winter storm warning over the weekend. it has since expired. but drivers could still get stuck in their car for several hours. those who must travel should prepare for long delays and carry chains and an emergency kit with extra food, water and clothing. giving chase. it happened at at the south side of a v-t-a station. the vehicle drove off with deputies in pursuit when one of two suspects fired at them. the female suspect surrendered but her male accomplice was shot and killed by police. ( robin ) police have not released the name of the man killed. the female suspect is 23 year-old joanna mae macy-rogers. she'll be charged with attempted murder and kidnapping. chaos erupted -during a performance of "hamilton" in san francisco friday night. this is what it looked like after the crowds rushed to the exits at the orpheum theatre. police say a woman suffered a medical emergency during the performance. it happened at the same time gunfire was heard during the duel scene of the play onstage. some in the audience mistakenly tied the events together, leading to the confusion. police say 4 people were injured. the show
