encourage anyone to come forward with information on this case this past saturday. 2a month-old jasper. wu was riding in the back of this white lexus being driven southbound by his mother along 8.80. there were 2 other adults and 2 other children in the car around 02:00pm near the split between 8980 a bullet struck the car and injured jasper. he later died at the hospital the california highway patrol is leading the investigation. but so far released very little information. we don't know the motive for the shooting or who was responsible, although the highway patrol is leading the investigationb they are being assisted by the oakland police department. opd chief armstrong said on friday that he believes the reward money could help but that it will take more than that. of rewards help influence people to bring forth information. >> we hope that this additional money will help somebody feel like they are encouraged to bring forth that information. it's much needed. i think the outcry from the community as well asking for that information will also be helpful. so i think it's a collective effort. i don't

and then they looked in their last. the life of a missing near the door was open and they got the baby and just after midnight. police were tipped off that medley. iowa was walking on bourbon street. >> she was arrested and booked for kidnapping and vehicle theft. >> she's being held at the martinez detention facility. her bail set at $100,000 in pittsburgh. phillipe djegal all kron 4 news. >> as fully mentions the the pittsburgh car theft that happened yesterday around 5.45 conquered police also confirmed that a second vehicle was stolen in the east bay last night. it also had a child in it. that theft happened around 10:00pm a 4 month-old baby was in the car when someone jumped in and took off with the baby still inside video shows the emotional reunion between the mother and her child holding on. it appears to be for dear life. police were grateful to locate the abandoned car with the child inside in just 30 minutes an extensive search for the canine and air support again for the suspect car thief. but that person has not

>> in the north bay. the sonoma county sheriff's department is investigating the shooting deaths of this horse. sheriff's deputies say early monday morning, someone shot and killed this 26 year-old american quarter horse named buddy in a roadway in cars and arrow that said in the mountains north of the guerneville area and the russian river. anyone who has information on this is asked to call the sonoma county sheriff's department in san francisco today. police released more details in the crash that killed an elementary school educators. 70 year-old susan, then rucci has been arrested. police say she drove through the red light at the intersection of union and franklin streets that resulted in a multi vehicle crash that also killed 32 year-old andrew zeman. investigators say impairments does not appear to be a factor route. she faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and running a red light zeman was a beloved educator at the nearby sherman elementary school. the community continues to mourn his loss

the warm side. all right. they're getting all the rain action up in the pacific northwest. we're getting a much needed break actually here across california. offer really an incredible start to the rain season. high pressure going to build back in after that front moves through these that ridge is going to start to amplify on that is going to warm those temperatures up again. look at all of a sudden you see these arrows coming out of the north. that is more of a northerly flow. that is that offshore wind, that develops. that means temperatures will warm up very nicely. the one exception you may see some patchy fog in the central valley of course, that will keep things a little bit cooler there, specially the early start to the morning temperatures outside. now we've got some 50's and some 60's. not a bad evening outside. it's going to remain dry. it will be a little bit chilly overnight tonight, plan overnight lows in the 40's and the 50's. but by day tomorrow. what a gorgeous day. it's going to be look at these numbers around the bay area. well, in the 70's inland about 75 degrees in livermore, 75 in concord, oakland checking in at 70 degrees. 72 degrees in redwood city and about 75 degrees in san jose.
