local courtroom. this man accused of making threats against people. >> his name is brice cooler and this stems from a video that was posted back in july, a 15 minute video that he made posted on youtube where he goes on a drunk rant calling himself a christian warrior, threatening to kill home mow sexuals. google flagged that video and ov turns out metro police knew who this man is because they've been keeping an eye on him for the last three years during which time he's increasingly become more radicalized. they felt that july message was aggressive enough to constitute a credible threat and the jury agreed. the jury indicted him. he's facing several charges related to terrorism.

threats on the internet is going to be sentenced this morning. brice arrested in august after going on a rant that had people at google headquarters concerned. the arrest report said google believed an emergency involving imminent death existed so they contacted authorities. the potential targets lgbt communities and satanist. you see him wearing a gas mask in one picture. he's being praised by others who share his ideology. he confessed. in his video rants online. he says he's a christian warrior tired of america and would start killing this. morning we're expected to find out how much time he'll spend behind bars. >> kim: it was not a happy halloween for all in our community. we have a couple of tragedies to talk about this morning.
