officers tell us he was shot in the abdomen, but is not cooperating. also new overnight... a man was shot in henderson after getting in a fight with another man near horizon ridge and green valley parkways. police say the two were drinking, when the altercation started. the victim later showed up at desert springs hospital with a gun shot wound to his shoulder. police say the shooter remained on scene and is cooperating. so far, no one has been charged. overnight, people living near owens and j street were woken neighbors were forced to leave their apartments around midnight. firefighters think a meter might've been hit by a car, but police say shots were fired in the area... and now they are looking into whether a bullet hit the meter. nobody was injured and we're told the leak has been secured. right now, metro is trying to figure out who killed a 70-year-old woman in her home. police were called to the area near washington and sloan

into the overnight hours. police have not realeased the name of the woman or if they have any suspects. also this morning... metro has a suspicious death investigation on its hands. a body was found near eastern and hacienda yesterday around 5. metro is stopping short of calling it a homicide. they aren't releasing details about how the person died. this morning, three pepole are dead and two others are in critical condition, after a fiery rollover crash. this is video a viewer sent us i-15 near the valley of fire state park. troopers say four of the five people in the car were ejected...most likely because they weren't wearing seatbelts. :50-:55 this is a tragic event all around and you know it takes two seconds to put that seatbelt on maybe this whole situation could have been avoided. troopers say the driver veered left yesterday afternoon...over- corrected then rolled into a ravine.

they australian were driving when they were stopped by gunman this morning. afghan security officials say one gunman broke the passenger side window with his gun and took the two men. their driver and bodyguard were left unharmed. this incident comes just after six tourists were injured in afghanistan last week when a rocket struck their vans. the taliban claimed responsiblity for that attack. this morning investigators are trying to figure out how a boy died on giant waterslide at a kansas city waterpark. it's billed as the world's higher than the statue of liberty! 10-year-old caleb schwab was at the water park with his family yesterday riding the slide. it's not clear if the boy fell off the ride or if something else contributed to his death. we do know riders reach speeds up to 45 miles per hour. the ride is so risky that once every rider climbs the 264 steps to the top...they hear a two page safety warning. the park is closed this morning
