the federal aviation administration is investigating. president-elect donald trump -- is spending thanksgiving in florida. he's filling his last cabinet slots. 78-year-old billionaire -- and investor -- wilbur ross -- could be -- the next commerce secretary. trump -- so far -- has nominated two women to join his cabinet-- south carolina -- governor nicki haley -- as u-n mbassador-- and betsy devos -- as head of the education department. both -- were critics of trump on the campaign trail. sot cokie roberts, abc news commentator: "i thin interesting that he is able to go beyond his strict loyalists, because that seemed to be the thing that mattered most to him during the campaign was that somebody was loyal to him and she certainly wasn't." the president-elect tweeted -- he's "working hard -- even on thanksgiving." president elect donald trump has some harsh words for joe heck this morning-- following the roller coaster relationship between the candidates. during his new york times interview, trump didn't say heck's name specifically... but referred to him as "a

lead balloon." trump said he was asked to endorse heck before the election and said "off the record, i hope you lose." heck lost to catherine cortez masto by just two points. first -- an argument --then a teen is gunned down -- outside a store -- in charleston ,west virginia. william pulliam -- admits -- he shot and killed 15-year-old -- james means -- after they exchanged some heated words. police say -- pulliam claims -- means flashed a gun at him -- then walked toward hi the 62-year-old pulliam -- opened fire -- hitting the teen twice. (william pulliam/charged with murder) "i felt my life was in danger. i'm sorry, but i'm 62-years-old. i'm not going to take a bunch of punks beating me up." authorities have not said -- if they found a gun -- on or near the teen. pulliam -- pleaded no contest -- to domestic violence charges -- back in 2013 . federal law -- blocks anyone -- convicted of domestic violence -- from owning a gun. v a group of volunteers in wisconsin are traveling to

protesters have full meals for the holiday. majority of the people going say they want to help out and give back to the people protesting. some of the protesters have been out there for months, in freezing cold temperatures. but today they will get a nice hot meal, courtesy of wisconsin. 1:08 organizing and making sure everybody has really full bellies and is really blessed this thanksgiving.we are going to have a lot alot of stew. the group is planning on cooking all the meals they can 300 pounds of meat to other groups that are already there cooking for the protesters to feed as many people as they can. the brand new -- vegas golden knights retail store -- is now open for business. if you were hoping to score -- some new team swag as present for someone -- you'd better hurry. the store is located -- at the t- mobile arena. check this out. they only opened yesterday afternoon. and they've already -- sold out of the traditional n-h-l hats.
