we do know the statistics include a significant drop. the full announcement will be held at san francisco police headquarters at 12:15 today. the city of berkley is considering establishing an outdoor emergency homeless shelter. city council will be discussing the topic tonight at 6:00. the shelter could include climate controlled, wind resistant tents with wooden pallets, showered sanitation services and garbage pick ups. supporters say half of the city's homeless is not receiving sanitation services. the oakland mothers may now have a chance to buy that house. now at first, they said they wouldn't noesht with the women of moms for housing while they

were living illegally in that house. officials said they agreed to sell the property. >> we will not stop organizing. >> now the women in the group moms for housing had been staying in that house until they were evicted last week. >> also in oakland, people have been donated their time and supplies to build small homes. . there's just so many people that are in need of help
