This foundation could be the spark that mobilises the development and implementation of a strategy to stabilise the planet's runaway climate change crisis.

We have almost no time left to starting a focused intervention strategy to bring the climatic systems under control. This must simultaneously cool the planet, sequestrate CO2 and re-establish the Arctic Ice cap. If these are done together, their effects will be mutually-supporting such that the sum of whole becomes greater than the sum of he parts.
