The Problem: The Global Learning Crisis

Our schools are failing, teachers are being held to higher standards, our students are being measured on their performance at an all-time high, and in light of all that’s being asked of all of us, student performance is at an all-time low.

The Solution: Create a Global Brain-Trust for Education That Will
1. Transform classrooms into collaborative, community-supported settings.
2. Train, equip, value and support teachers with new innovative ideas.
3. Create, manage and share innovative programs and strategies for relevant 21st Century curriculum.

OUR VISION:
To form global alliance of leaders in education, who will expand student-driven, evidence-based programs for the K-12 school market with a badging system, certification program and micro-credential system for measurement. This Global Team will work together to create grittier students who are inspired to think, create, and innovate while providing schools with engaging, student-centered, individualized learning that motivates students intrinsically.

Times Have Changed, So Must Education, students must be able to think (take control of their own learning), create (know that success is attainable with a proven blueprint) and innovate (with a Growth Mindset) and know how to persist with effort, resilience, tenacity and grit.

This next generation must know they matter, and know and accept themselves and that they have a unique opportunity to do all they can to skyrocket past the generations before them as they blast through challenges and obstacles with self-awareness, persistence, resiliency and grit. They will need to GO ALL OUT and know that failure doesn’t matter because this generation have Carol Dweck’s “Growth Mindset” ingrained into their being, and when they struggle with something, or don’t know the answers right away, they will not be fearful, but will know “I haven’t got it yet” and they will go back to the drawing boards whether its academics, athletics, or a problem they are solving, they will take the challenge, the most difficult ones with enjoyment and keep going …like Edison who never gave up as he found 10,000 ways the light-bulb wouldn’t work, and kept failing forward, trying new angles it could work.

This generation will know how to brainstorm their ideas, and problem solve.
