"O projecto Out Level nasceu da vontade de experimentar… de improvisar, tendo os livros, o cinema e a fotografia como cenários primordiais para a criação musical, a que se juntou mais tarde o universo da fonografia. O objectivo (se é que existe) é criar ambientes que consigam projectar o ouvinte para lá do mero exercício de ouvir música… Quase tudo é gravado ao primeiro take, partindo de uma velha premissa que Kerouac usava em relação à escrita. Só assim se deixa na música o momento…
