Subject: Unanswered Question
One of the biggest unanswered question of this history or any other of the AAF in World War 2, and one that still has not a satisfactory answer, is why MacArthur had his B-17 bombers still on the ground at about noon, Manila time, when the delayed Japanese air attack struck.
